If you are after more bass from your Solo 5, you can increase the amount using the Bass button on the remote. Simply press the Bass button, then the volume + to increase the bass. When you are happy with the level, press the Bass button again to save the setting.

Compact Fantastic Sound

This new one is only 35w output and my old one is 50w. There is a noticeable difference between the two. The remote is cheesy, but ideal if you want one control for multiple devices. I probably would not buy this item again, but would purchase the Bose Acoustimass 15 system instead. To save a bit of money, I took a chance. Plus, it is for the bedroom TV which doesn't demand a lot of Bass anyway.

It's a small thing, but you would think that Bose could afford to have a light at this price point.
