It plays well, no bass but the price right. Bought a new 65 inch Samsung tv. Everything is great except the sound. So the sound bar does enhance the sound

Our internal TV speakers quit working and the salesperson at BestBuy suggested trying a sound bar. Great idea, saved us the cost of having to buy a new TV!

Bought this sound bar for the TV in my pool table room , I love that it works with the television but doubles as A Bluetooth speaker when shooting pool . Love it

Really like it for music, but bought it mainly for our television. It’s ok for the tv, but it could be better. Not sure I would recommend it for the tv. But good for music.

This sound bar is easy to install and sounds great! The voices on the TV lacked clarity and this makes it much easier to follow conversations. Good price, great buy!

Rear facing speakers on workout room TV were creating a disturbing echo with all of the hard surfaces. This cleaned up the sound tremendously.

I'm a long time fan of Bose equipment. Once again with the Solo 5; I was not disappointed. The sale assistant was most helpful with knowledge and guidance.

I can't put it in words this was the best investment I could have made..I wish I had purchase the soundbar when I purchase my TV 4 yrs ago..I will never be without a soundbar going forward.

I use this unit with my Sharp Roku tv and cable box. Setup was very easy. It really improves the viewing experience as it was hard to hear some conversations on the tv speakers alone.

Excellent Sound. Better than the TV Speakers. No more dealing with raising and lowering the volume on the TV

This sound bar works extremely well - great sound that is helping to avoid needing to turn things up too loudly (due to a hearing impairment).

My only complaint is it's not that easy to connect to our current system, but we figured it out (with the exception of on/off with current remote)

I bought this to replace a soundbar with too much bass. I could not hear the conversation over the background music on TV. This soundbar works great. There is also a conversation mode.

Nice crisp sound from my tv now, so much better that before. The voices were always muffled and had to turn the volume up high.

If you are looking for a high quality upgrade for your tv room, get this! It is compact, easy to set up, sounds great, and a great value for high quality speaker.

The soundbar just sounds average. Definitely not the rich sound I was expecting from Bose. Bluetooth works really well.

The Bose Solo 5 provides great sound in a small footprint. The dialogue was clear and distinct and the sound effects were greatly enhanced! A very solid purchase.

When I saw the price on the Bose speaker, my thought was you cant go wrong with Bose, I was completly right about it. Excellent sound for the price!!!

Great sound....sometimes too much bass......sometimes gets very loud with action movies......but not loud enough for voices when loud action has ended.
