This is the first time bar I've ever owned. I don't have anything to compare it to really. But the sound is great. The remote control operates all of my other stuff so that makes me happy as well. Can't go wrong with Bose

For a relatively inexpensive soundbar it performs wonderfully.

The sound from this speaker is very clean as Bose should be. The sound goes up and very slowly. I think it would be nice if it adjusted quicker. It comes a with a nice universal remote that was easy to program. It will control the speaker, TV and DVR box.

The Bose Solo 5 is a small sound bar compared to most but delivers excellent surround sound. Easy to connect, just plug in the power and connect the optical sound cable. It also has Bluetooth capability as a plus!!

It's pretty cool sound bar, loud. Live the fact that is Bluetooth, and the remote was able to sync it to my tv , no need to use multiple remotes .

I love Bose speakers and am thrilled with the Solo 5 TV sound system. It was easy to set up and provides better sound than my previous "theater" speakers. Also, I use it without the TV to listen to music from my iPhone. Again, great sound!

You cant go wrong with bose. You got a good sound with a good quality.

From my old 5.1 surround sound to this single bar I was skeptical, but I wasn't disappointed. No mess of all the wires from the old system when this thing is just plug in and go in minutes. Great sound, highly recommend!

We have been greatly impressed by the overall sound quality of this sound bar! It’s definitely worth the extra money that we paid. Love that it’s not very long too, space saving is a plus

The BOSE soundbar was easy to install and program. It fits perfectly in with the TV and the décor of the family room. The quality of sound is great and adequate for the space it is in. I'll probably get another one.

Easy set up and very good sound for small room or bedrooms to upgrade you tv sound,bought for father so can actually hear his tv as we all know glat screen tv rear speakers are horrible to hear anything

I bought this soundbar to supplement a television that had a less than stellar audio experience. It's hard to ignore the 5.5k reviews and I can now see how all the praise has been earned. Initial set up was a little tricky on my end, but took no longer than 15 minutes. The universal remote that came with the soundbar was a nice addition as I no longer have to use the remote that came with the television. The remote works well with apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), too. Audio quality is superb with excellent clarity. I previously had a surround sound set up and I can say that this single soundbar rivals the quality of that entire set-up.

This soundbar was the perfect solution for quality sound for our family tv. It was easy to set up and the remote is user friendly. I would highly recommend this soundbar. It is a good purchase!

I love this product it is a great sound bar in a small room

I have had a couple different sound bars and this one tops all of them. The annunciation coming out of it is crystal clear and the physical size is so much smaller. It's everything and more what you would expect from Bose.

I bought this Bose sound bar to make our movie watching experience better. The sound quality is very good. Im happy with the purchase. my only problem right now is trying to get the remote to turn on both the sounder and the tv at the same time right now i have to turn them on separately. I figure it out eventually. Right now this is just a First World Problem.

I use this regularly in my motorhome. Good sound and easy to hook up.

Always love Bose. It's a name I can trust for clear sound. I like the speaker bar because I don't want large speakers taking up space in my minimalist lifestyle. It does exactly what I want. BIG SOUND IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF SPACE.
