Great Sound from a Small Bar

Had the sounder for about 2 years before it started going. Did a lot of research into sounders and came across the Bose® - Solo 5 TV Soundbar. Went into Best Buy and played with all the sounders that were hooked up and for the money the Bose was the best. The hookup was easy. It is a little smaller than the Samsung one I had but the sound can't be beat.

Good Product with the usual small size limitations

Bass is lacking, no matter the promises or the doctored in store sample soundtracks. Also, it would be nice if volume level could be displayed on the unit. Just a green light to tell you the unit is on, but you will have no clue if it is quiet, super loud or on mute. You will only know once the sound feed starts. Still wondering if all of this is worth the high price inherent with any Bose system.

Great Sound

Set-up was very easy, the size is perfect and the sound is great. I could not get the remote (a Bose. Universal remote) to work with our Directv box. That is the reason for 4 stars. But our phones sync perfectly and do every time. I would purchase it again.

Bose is always good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My Tv is too old. It's a Samsung 60" flat screen but it only has 2 HDMI connections and zero optical connections so I had to buy a multiplier interface and now I'm having trouble with signal strength.

Bose knows sound

We had been researching Samsung and LG, because that's what was in our budget. When we saw the demo for the Bose we pressed the button, 30 seconds later we were hooked. It doesn't come with a subwoofer, but doesn't seem to need it. We've heard great sound and have absolutely no complaints about it. Well worth the money.

Awesome Sound

The TV in our open plan kitchen, family room,dinning room area is used a lot for watching news and regular TV programming. We didn't need a surround sound system but the speakers on new TV's these days are tinny and wimpy! The Bose system is perfect with full rich sound in a compact and unobtrusive package. We love it!

It produces in-depth Great Sound. For someone looking to gain that extra sound value of the movie or are just TV or CD this little Soundbar is for you. I would strongly recommend it it does what it's supposed to.
