Great speaker for the bedroom!

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I typically have trouble sleeping and since I have a Pandora subscription I choose my favorite radio station, set my alarm for an hour so my music stops then and because it’s a Bluetooth speaker and the Bose sound bar connects directly to my phone the speaker turns itself off in the night. The sound is excellent and I’ve never been disappointed in my purchase.

Do not buy if you use a Bluray Player

Improved sound - same remote control issues

Definitely did that, especially playing music. Like the bluetooth connectivity of the device - makes it available to more than just the dedicated TV. However, now I have to use 3 so-called universal remotes to watch TV instead of two, or (is it even possible?) one. Programming of the remote does not endure and needs to be reset. When are the manufacturers (I blame them all) gonna get this right?

The 250 dollar price range wasn't too much more than many of the other sound bars but again you're not getting the Bose quality with those other brands. It was set up very simply and the controls and pairing were equally as simple. Only con for me would be how long it takes to turn the volume up or down. Though I can't tell if it allows for a more accurate desired volume.
