I bought this sound bar for use in my motor home. It is much better than the tv audio. So for this application it is good. But if used in my home, then I would select a sound bar with a sub woofer.

The speakers in our motorhome were low level sound with no bass sound. This Bose sound bar is very clear and crisp sound. Its perfect size for the square area. Thank you

This soundbar is great for the price. It provides rich sound in a small unit. If your looking for a Bose budget friendly sound system this is perfect for you.

Great Soundbar for a large bedroom or Apartment Living room. Not too much Bass, but good enough. If you want more Bass, then you need to get 1 with a Subwoofer.

My husband and I both have hearing issues and the back speakers from our flat screen TV just wasn't enough. The sound bar was the ticket! Great price and solid name in Bose and very easy to install.

I was in the market for a nice soundbar and me thinking Bose has great speakers which they do i thought i would be getting a great deal paid nearly $280 with taxs the sales associate At the best said that when i get home i can mess with the setting since the display was low , took it home and test it out , the speakers are very clear but there is no bass at all , but if your in the market for a soundbar that doesn’t come with a subwoofer this would be it , it’s very small and i believe there is only 2-4 speakers inside of the sound bar

This sound bar provides great sound. More importantly, the included remote works flawlessly with my set-up (Vizio TV and DIRECTV DVR receiver) and controls everything. The Bluetooth is very stable.

Excellent soundbar and sound beyond compare!! The app on the iPhone may not be foolproof and has glitches but overall a great product!

For the price paid, I get a much better sound than the TV speakers. I truly recommend this bar speaker. I can also use it to listen my phone music via Bluetooth.

Not great for a large room or to replace a home theater system. However for a small apartment or bedroom it is great. I can control my smart tv and firestick with the Bose remote which is super convenient.

I bought a cheaper Samsung soundbar for 149 which I though would work better with my tv but the thing would not even sync. This Bose soundbar syncs up easily, sounds great and takes up minimal space.

It's sound quality is as expected from Bose. Size dimensions to fit easily nrar any of TV. I m cutting one star for it does not has any form of display for you identify what volume u are at while using its remote.

The Bose Solo 5 Soundbar brought additional realism and dynamics to my system, without a large soundbar taking up space. Easy to use remote as well. I don't find myself using the Bluetooth feature much however.

This soundbar was everything that I wanted and more. The sound is crisp, clear and it can get very loud. Bluetooth capability was easy to connect to as well.

As expected the quality of this product is excellent. I needed to isolate voices better and this sound bar does it. It even has a button on the remote that is designed to perform this function.

It's bose... It's smaller than other sound bars and doesn't have a seperate subwoofer but still sounds great. I don't listen to tv super loud so i dont know it's full capabilities yet.

It works, but only independently from the Smart TV it's connected to. It can't be controlled by the TV or Set-Top Box. The BASS has to be turned down upon each use before the Dialouge button is used. I wouldn't buy it again. Bose needs to put more work

Was looking for a solid bar for improved tv audio. Great sound from a small bar. Expected from a Bose. Very good choice for general audio improvement vs standard tv speakers.

The set up was easy. The clarity of the sound is exceptional and made the perfect gift. I would recommend this product to friends and family.

I bought this to replace a very old surround sound system with 5 speakers and a sub woofer. I wanted to reduce to one speaker, so I purchased this sound bar. I read some reviews on line, and I know Bose's reputation, and purchased this bar. I am very pleased with the sound; it has all the fullness I had with the larger system, in a single, very sleek speaker. Just remember, if you want to mount it, you need to purchase the wall mounting system separately, and Best Buy does not carry it. On the plus side, the optical cable was provided with the speaker.
