Its sound has a little lack of base due to its small size. Because it is BOSE, it provides qualified mid-range sound so good for general purpose.

This Bose soundbar is perfect for your bedroom or living room. Only thing id love to see with this speaker is the ability to pair additional Bose speakers to it ex Sub, surround sounds etc. Understand this is an extension of your tv speakers and a very good one, Its not a party speaker but does easily sync to your phone or tablet for streaming. Longtime Bose customer and happy with purchase.
