Posted .Thanks for sharing your feedback! The volume level doesn’t appear on the TV screen when connected, but you can check the soundbar’s light indicator to see if the volume is increasing.
As for the bass, you can adjust it using the remote. Just press the Bass button, then use Volume Up to increase or Volume Down to decrease the bass. The status and Bluetooth lights on the soundbar will show the current bass level.

They had issues hearing the tv. Now it’s clear and the volum doesn’t have to be set high. Best present I could have given. Great item.

I'm using it in a bedroom, so it doesn't need to be super loud. The bass is low but audible. The remote supplied with it MUST be used, you cannot control it with a universal or with any other remote.

My husband has the audio adjustments going through the TV and this isn't ideal. So far not a very rich sound- certainly not what you would expect from a Bose product! Our $40 Amazon soundbar on our basement TV is much better. We're still working on it but we may return it if we can't get this figured out.
