Had issue after first day. Would not sync. with TV.
Returned unit and purchased the Bose TV Speaker.
Would recommend spending the additional $ for the speaker. Has HDMI jack to connect to an ARC port on back of TV.

When using the optical to have the auto wake feature it takes 30 seconds before it turns on. Not good. Returned it because it was unacceptable. Replaced it with the Bose Tv Speaker and the auto wake feature worked great!!

The Solo Soundbar 2 has an optical port but no HDMI port. Our newest soundbar such as the Bose TV Speaker, Smart Soundbar or Smart Ultra Soundbar all have an HDMI port.
