When using the optical to have the auto wake feature it takes 30 seconds before it turns on. Not good. Returned it because it was unacceptable. Replaced it with the Bose Tv Speaker and the auto wake feature worked great!!

The Solo Soundbar 2 has an optical port but no HDMI port. Our newest soundbar such as the Bose TV Speaker, Smart Soundbar or Smart Ultra Soundbar all have an HDMI port.

The sound bar did not work straight out the box. Best buy would not take it back or exchange or refund money. Because I was four days over return policy.

Yes you need to use the remote control to control the Solo Soundbar Series 2. There is no button directly on the soundbar.

My soundbar was not replaced after being reported delivered on my porch and was stolen, I requested to call me once they're about to come and they did not reply. They just send message notifying delivered. After 30 minutes from notification delivered I check my porch but no package. Called customer service and took my statement but nothing follows at all.

You can tell that all of the reviews on this were incentivized. This soundbar is horrible. I expected more being a Bose product and honestly my tiny little Bluetooth speaker puts out better sound and better bass than this soundbar. Will be returning tomorrow.
