Really Bose??

I purchased it with the bass module. The sound is great although it doesn't fill up the room the way I was hoping. I guess the surround speakers would be a must, which brings me to my biggest downfall about this thing. From day one it had issues connecting to the internet, which you need to basically do anything on this thing. It doesn't function well, or at all really, without the remote which is extremely small, so don't lose it! Now it won't connect to the internet or app at all and I lost the remote which basically makes this thing worthless! I've had to resort to the arc hdmi cord to even use it at all. Something that costs 1000 dollars should not have these problems! Don't waste your money!

It's great to hear that you enjoy the sound! I am sorry that you've had some problems with the soundbar connecting to the internet and that you lost the remote. We do have replacements available, and you can also use our universal remote with this soundbar which is much bigger if that would be better for you. Regarding the connection to the Bose Music app, please reset your soundbar by removing the power for 30 seconds. If it still does not become available to connect, then please give our customer support a call using the link above for assistance with resolving that.

The technician took the time to point out the mistakes I was making in adjusting the sound and picture. Also, he walked my wife through setting up a Kindle system and installing all the cables necessary for streaming. WOW!!! Amazing!!! Best Buy, you're totally awesome!!!
