Good sound, easy to set up, sleek design nice looking.

I bought this speaker with the bass module 500 subwoofer. They don't come with the universal remove control but it has great sound. At first, I thought the bass module can't connect to the soundbar 500 because it doesn't make any sound but you have to download the app, it will let you make the adjustment.

While the initial setup was a bit slow and the status indicator lights are not noticeable to the untrained eye, the end result is remarkable sound...nothing short of what I would expect from Bose. I am hearing sounds from movies that I have never noticed before...amazing clarity.

Sound is comparable to surround systems but not better. The alexa feature is not always consistent resulting in having to reconfigured several times. Size and look is good. Meets the need if you want to conceal wires.

This is the first time I have used a soundbar from living room. I chose the Bose Soundbar 500 because of my past experiences with Bose. I cant believe that I have went this long without a soundbar. The sound is amazing! Works with Bluetooth and HDMI sound. Must Have!! Highly Recommend!!

I recently bought this Bose Sound Bar after repeated reading about it, taking so many visits to Bestbuy to test the Sound Quality in different scenarios like complete silence, complete chaos, mild population and its effect when you stand at various distances and i bet you will definitely love it as i did.

This is an amazing sounder worthy of the Bose brand name's reputation. I bought the Soundbar 500 after promptly returning the Bose Solo soundbar which was very much disappointing and inferior in sound quality. The Soundbar 500 has amazing full depth sound in a slim package. And it has both the Google Assistant and Alexa assistant built-in! Mounting this soundbar to the bottom of my TV was not possible, however, without purchasing separately the Bose wall mount kit. This kit was designed to mount it to drywall, but the custom brackets were necessary in order to adapt the existing mounting holes located on the bottom of the soundbar to the rear. This wall mount kit is another $35, unfortunately. It would have been nice if Bose had just included them with every soundbar or designed the soundbar's mounting holes to be in the rear to begin with. I guess it was hard since it's a very slim form factor.

After looking at several soundbar options I went with the Bose. I liked the idea of it having "Alexa" . This sound bar is a little on the expensive side but I like Bose quality. set up was easy after downloading the Bose App. I have an Amazon Prime account , The Alexa feature lets me listen to my music .

I loved this for the first 24months. Then one day it decided to stop playing sound for more than ½ second. I couldn't reset and nothing did would make it work. After an hour with robot support I was told I'd need to send it in for repairs with a $152 + tax price tag. So >25% of the original purchase price after 24 months. Cannot recommend such a product, it'll drain you dry in the long run if you have to pay $100/yr to have it fixed (oh and don't forget you won't have the product for several weeks).

I’ve always been a true fan of the Bose sound system, as I am the owner of all generations of the portable speakers and headsets/headphones. I couldn’t have been more excited to finally own a sound bar! Sound quality is amazing, it’s as if I have a surround sound in my living room!

Bose delivers with sound quality on this bar. Set up was fairly easy, had a couple hiccups because the app instructions leave out a couple important steps...like the wifi on your device has to be connected to the same wifi as you ate connecting the bar to. But we got it figured out after a couple tries.

Works great for gaming, movies etc. Being able to turn it on/off and control volume through your phone is very convenient! If you have a not-so-recent smart TV, you will need to buy an optical audio cable separately. Otherwise, the sound is amazing! Incredible product overall.

I purchased this soundbar as an upgrade for my tv speakers, and liked that it was so low profile. Set up was easy, and sound quality is great for such a small unit. Even without the bass module, the sound fills my living room! We even listen to music on it from other rooms.

It took some time, after using their headset system to set up the sound, I still had to tweak it a bit to get the right mixture of voice and surround sound to my liking. But it is amazing. I love that it connects to Alexa to play music. Very happy with this product

The sound was great but the Bose App was horrible and keeping everything connected to Alexa and my phone was near impossible. I took it back and got a Sonos Soundbar and haven’t had any issues.

This soundbar is good for what it does, which is an augment to crappy, built in TV speakers. The new TV's simply have no room to put in decent speakers so it is necessary to have a soundbar to get decent sound. So yes, this item certainly does what it is supposed to do which is deliver good sound.

EXCEPTIONAL Sound quality!!! The price is hefty, but it is well worth it! Alexa enabled so its easy to listen to your favorite radio station. Set up is not super easy, but if you follow step by step, you will be fine.

Excellent sound and excellent value for the size and cost of this soundbar. I went from a surround sound to this, based on my new living room and I was not disappointed. You can add sub-woofers and surround speakers to it wirelessly.

It has built-in Alexa but if you have the volume turned up just a little bit you have to yell to get Alexa to hear you. I'm not talking about it being very loud at all, but I might have a faulty microphone in this unit. I like it and it sounds good but Alexa doesn't respond well at all.
