Low profile, great Bose sound. The clarity of TV voices is great. Fills the entire room, I even listen to it from my office , two rooms away. App with tunein works with Alexa for great sounding music. I will be adding the bass speaker add on for even better sound quality.

I bought this speaker and it sounded great. Would not connect to the internet or sync to the app like it was supposed to. Bose keep trying to blame my internet connection but my tv and x box connected fine. Not worth the money.

A good product from Bose. A good option if you don’t want to spend too much money on the Soundbar 700 or the higher soundtouch models. This greatly pairs with the add on rear speakers (need to be purchased separately) and the sound is really good even without the acoustic add on.

I was in the market for sound bar when my other one gave out. Once I heard the sound coming from this Bose Soundbar 500 from the in store display I was hooked. Even though I was looking at another brand’s soundbar, the sound was incredible.

This Bose sound bar was so easy to set up & start enjoying. We also bought the base which enhances the sound even more. If you have any questions Bose Support is so knowledgeable & helpful. You can’t go wrong with this one

I couldn't be more pleased with the sound quality of this product. The only cons are the cost and the fact that the Alexa functions are limited compared to most Alexa enabled speakers. For example routines and music groups are not supported by this device.

If you are just looking to upgrade your TV speaker and nothing else, you should save money and get a soundbar that is under $200. However, if you are looking for a system that can truly transform your room into a cinematic or concert experience, this is the system to go with. The Bose Soundbar 500 is ideal for a small living area in an apartment or condo. If you have a larger more open floorplan you will want to look at the 700 soundbar or another high end system. The 500 soundbar on its own will not knock your socks off, but paired with the Bose 500 subwoofer and Bose surround speakers you will be in for a real treat. There really is no reason in buying this soundbar without the woofer, but you should really buy it with the woofer and surround speakers.

This Soundbar gives a lot of bang for one easy to use unit. We have added to the sound package since we purchased the bar, but even with only the bar it added a great depth of sound to our garage theater. Highly recommend it!

It’s a very nice product, you do get what you pay for. Was very easy to set up with our smart tv and access through the app. It does not come with mounting brackets. We looked at cheap universal ones but due to the sound at width we bought the Bose brand.

So, it seems like every other time I try to use the Bose Music app for control of the soundbar it does not want to work. It sounds good, and the features are nice, it just does not connect well to WiFi.

Love the sound bar. Just purchase a home and wanted a sound that capture a large space. The sound is crisp and perfect. I purchase the subwoofer as well and it’s a perfect pair. Movie night is memorable.

At first I was a little confused on how to program this sound bar (the directions weren’t the most helpful). Once I figured out how to do it (thank you YouTube), I was very impressed with the quality of the sound. Love my Bose!!!

This sound bar is perfect in augmenting the sounds of my 65 inches Samsung TV. I enjoy watching movies with bose sound bar 500 as i hear even the little piece of thing that fall in the floor. This is perfect and I love it.

When we switch from the decent tv speakers to the sound bar the difference is unbelievable. The sound is crisp and clear. We paired it with the Bose subwoofer and are now receiving theater quality sound results.

Bose sound quality speak's for itself. Being a Mobile DJ for over 25 plus yr's, Sound quality is paramount to me. Bose gives that paramount sound quality in every speaker they make. Buy it todau and Thank me tomorrow.

This did not disappoint me when it comes to sound quality and I bought this as a bundle so got a bit of savings there too. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great sound system for their home.

I like to stream music and this is great. Easy to set up the blue tooth for my phone and the sound is good. It's as good as the bulky multi-speaker system I replaced from the late 80's made by H and C.

Upgrade from soundbar I had, much clearer. Bose is quality. I plan to add speakers for surround sound in near future. With COVID 19, it's hard to shop and listen to difference in speakers at this time.

This soundbar has a wonderful sound. Clear and crisp. Sounds great via TV and music. Great choice compared to others. Yes it cost a little more but the way it sounds makes it worth the cost.
