My daughter loves the colors and the ease of mobility. Taking is anywhere and everywhere. The setup was super easy. The only drawback/flaw would be there is no indication on how much the battery is charged.

I am impressed (after I made sure to keep my receipt, thinking I might want to return it if I didn't like it) but NO WAY! It rocks!! I'd even like to have another one!

Great sound - Too bad the Bluetooth doesn't work

We tried for weeks to get the Bluetooth to connect - didn't work with her Samsung phone or my iPhone. Would only work when plugged in directly - very disappointing!

To reset the speaker, plug it into power and turn the speaker on. Press and hold the AUX and Volume - buttons for 10-20 seconds, until a tone is heard. Turn the speaker on again and verify your language selection. To select English, press Play/Pause and hold.

I decided to get it for another gift and it works well. It could be louder for some music but for the people I bought it for its just fine. They don't want super loud volume but appreciate the clear sound.

I've seen several of these speakers and they all have the same problem. The cord that comes with it is also not very good. I had to replace within a few months of having it.
