This has been the best price/performance small Bluetooth speaker so far. I've owned a few other brands, which were good, but this one beats them all for the size and price. Excellent quality for listening to music or audio books. Extremely easy to pair with phone/tablet.

Good sound, like how its portable and good battery life

I was looking for a Bluetooth speaker for my office and quite pleased with the Bose product. I have been a fan of Bose for years and have a home theater system. The size is right and, though there are several color options, I ordered black. The speaker is a breeze to set up and only takes a minute. Sound quality is very good. I only wish the bass, which is substantial for a small speaker, could be controlled separate from the volume. Note that going close to the maximum recommended phone-to-speaker distance range will result in spotty transmission. This speaker is a keeper.

I was pleasantly surprised by the big sound produced in such a small box. Yes it has the Bose name but how many times does a product rely on name recognition only to disappoint in the 'you get what you paid for vein.' And of course the price was the initial draw but additionally setup was simple, the bluetooth did all the work smoothly connecting to my tablet and laptop at THE SAME TIME. Yes it allows both products to play audio without the need to re sync. Only downside lol I wanted Navy metallic blue which matches the laptop instead of Carolina blue which has my NC friends eyeing it with envy.

This speaker is absolutely one of the best Bluetooth speakers I've purchased. The sound quality is amazing and is very loud. I do like that my iPad and iPhone can be connected at the same time. Overall this speaker is outstanding and would definitely recommend.

Clear, easy to use, and pretty loud for something so small

Easy to pair and use.I bought it to use with my iPad mini when I am working in my garden. Only drawback is that it does not have a remote control--that would have been most excellent! So I just carry it with me from place to place to adjust the sound to be a good neighbor. Having BOSE quality sound and my music when I garden is heavenly.

The Bose speaker has awesome sound for such a small wireless speaker. It is excellent to take with you anywhere because it is small and not bulky. We take it with us whenever we travel to enjoy our own music instead of listening to whatever is programmed to play. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a wireless bluetooth speaker.

The sound is wonderful. Very easy to setup. Everytime you get a phone call it shut off. Not good. They also need to include a carrying bag. Over all. LOVE IT

For an inexpensive portable speaker, the Bose has great sound. Naturally, it lacks strong bass that you would get from a more expensive model, but the sound fills a small or even moderate sized room. It was no problem to set up. Battery life hasn't really been put to the test yet, but it certainly seems more than adequate.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and it is truly a great product. He uses it in our basement to play music to work out to and the sound is incredible. Also uses it to watch TV on his i-pad. It is hard to believe such great sound comes out of a small packeage. We have not taken it out of the house yet but plan to tis summer.

My wife and daughter love the Bose portable speaker. I bought the speaker for my wife on mothers day as a portable way for her to listen to music. My daughter dominates its use of course but they both love it. Sound quality from the speaker is fantastic and the speaker is surprisingly affordable for a Bose product. Great buy.

Got this speaker to use at work, sound quality is amazing, people are regularly surprised that my music is playing out of this little speaker and not some large multi-speaker system Battery life is decent I never use it for more that 1-2 hour intervals, but it would be reasonable to say it will last 6-7 hours on a full charge.
