Customers are saying

Customers regard the 3.92' 3.5mm to 2.5mm Audio Cable favorably for its sound quality, functionality, and cable length, with users reporting uninterrupted sound quality and the cable working as intended. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the color of the cable. Overall, the positive aspects of the cable seem to outweigh the color issue for most users.

The cable appears to be 3.5mm to 3.5mm but is actually 3.5mm to 2.5mm. DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED! VERY DISAPPOINTED LONG TIME CUSTOMER!

Works great in addition to the Bluetooth connectivity for older audio devices and my portable DVD player!

NOT A 3.5mm-to-3.5mm jack. It is a 3.5mm-to-2.5mm. The description says both ends are 3.5mm.

The product description doesn’t really clarify that one connector is smaller than an actual 3.5mm

Like others said, one side is 3.5mm but the other isn’t. Trash!

Works better than the Amazon version. Will buy again if my current cable breaks and it was a lot easier to buy and ship through Best Buy than getting it shipped to my apartment.

Description says both ends are 3.5, only one end is 3.5mm, the other is 2.5mm. Nothing I use has a 2.5mm jack, so I can't actually do anything with this cord, thanks Best Buy for your false specs on details page.
