Great sound but there are draw backs!

I have a Galaxy Note 9 phone but after pairing the volume controls work but the connection/ pause/ switch between calls function does not work. Though the company mentions this in the enclosed instruction, I wonder why put out a product with this performance issue at all? This will be my last Bose headset purchase. Also callers hear all the background noise on my end very keenly and complain about it!

I'm glad to hear you were impressed by the sound quality by I'm sorry you've had issues with controls. You can control audio playback using the multi-function button on the headphones. While music is playing, a single press will play/pause, a double tap will skip forward, and a triple tap will skip back.
