Used it extensively every day and no complain on battery life. Ear cushion is really comfortable, not noise canceling but really help reduce the surrounding noise.

The last pair lasted, I think something like 8 or 9 years and are still working great. I just needed new ear pads. I highly recommend these headphones

It's great to know that you are fan of the sound quality, but I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with your headphones! While I appreciate you have returned them, I'd love to help in case you want to try them again in the future.
With microphone, it is tuned to pick up typical frequencies of a human voice. The volume will automatically adjust for softer or louder voices. If yours is not seem to be doing this, I would recommend updating them from btu.bose.com, to make sure they are fully up to date.
You will find that the battery provides up to 15 hours of listening from a full charge. If you get considerably less than this, then the troubleshooting here will resolve this: https://bose.life/2WpaNb3

These headphones are great for listening to music. I personally have the noise cancelling version, but I tested these out and they're great as well.

He loves that he can wear them while working around his shop. Battery life is decent and even though they are not noise cancelling, he can be on his laptop while I watch TV in the same room and it's fine.

Great head phones, but not useful in application .

Was planning to use them during guitar practice. Trying to ditch the cable. Unfortunately, there is a half second delay between when I hit a string and I hear the sound. Totally unacceptable for the application intended. Recommend for listening, definitely not for guitar.
