When I first purchased the Soundlink mini II the language was in Portuguese or something and it wouldn't change. I took it back to Best Buy the next day and exchanged it for another with no hassle. I've had no problems with this one. It connects to my Samsung flawlessly. It's a bit heavy, but very solid which ensures me of its durability. The sound is amazing although if your someone who thinks louder is better like me, it might be a bit of a letdown. It's very compact and looks good no matter where in the room (or outside) you place it. Wish it was waterproof or splash proof to give me piece of mind when taking to the pool or beach.

Is a excellent device, the sound is clear, good size, portable

This speaker is really awesome and easy to use! The sound is impressive. I was torn between getting the mini or the regular size and chose this because it was much more portable. I love the portability of it but sometimes it is not quite loud enough for me when listening to outside so if you are also torn between the two you might want to consider that. I guess I like my music loud, and my wife "assures" me that this speaker is plenty loud.

We were looking for a compact Bluetooth speaker with a great sound. Bose Sound Link II hit the mark. We love the compact size, the quality craftsmanship, and of course the sound quality. For a small speaker this has a beautiful rich tone with nice bass. Good Battery life as well.

I love my new Bose bluetooth speakers. The sound quality is excellent. I can use it with my cell phone or iPad or any device which can play music and supports bluetooth. I am glad with my purchase and would highly recommend it. Its a low cost way to get good quality branded Bose speakers.

great sound, easy to use and transport , small but powerful

I LOVE this speaker!! Bluetooth connected easily with my Samsung Note 3 and my wifes Samsung Note 4 and the sound is gorgeous. Deep base and strong clear sound that easily fills the room even without turning the volume up. I would definitely recommend this speaker. Worth every penny.

I love the sound that comes from the Bose Soundlink Mini II. It has incredible base for such a small device. It is easy to charge and hooks up to my iPhone, iPad and laptop with no problems. I would recommend getting a case for it so that you can transport it safely.

I bring this speaker anywhere I go and it is so easy to charge. The aux cord option is great when one doesn't want to use Bluetooth. The sound is amazing and the bass is incredible. The easy to use buttons makes life so much easier and I absolutely love this product.

I purchased my Bose Soundlink Mini out of necessity. I coach in a gym around 2500 square feet in size and our current sound system is in need of replacement. I bring it to my classes and it does an adequate job of filling the space with sound that's clear and loud. This probably tops out at 1500 square feet or so maybe less, though. Connection is easily and has never been lost. My two concerns are that you cannot charge the unit without the cradle making the mini USB connection on this new version somewhat useless. And at higher volumes the bass is restricted (understandably so). Otherwise, this does an awesome job. I love the size and shape. I previously owned a Big Jambox and despite it's amazing sound it just wasn't portable enough.

This is my second Soundlink Mini. Obviously its portable, the one thing I like about it besides producing really great sound. Few added features are, voice prompt telling the user if how much power left and if its connected to what device once its turned on.

Two months in the Caribbean house sitting a home with absolutely no electronic media other than wifi, I needed some decent sound that was small enough to pack. I looked at a couple of other bluetooth speakers but the Bose sound blew the others away. Maybe not studio monitor quality but better than many full size speakers. Fully charged it will run all day. Only complaint is the charging stand contacts are not very reliable but it also charges through a microUSB port on the speaker so it is really a non-issue.

This is my first Bluetooth speaker and it didn't disappoint. The quality of the sound is excellent for the size. The charge lasts for up to ten hours so no need to recharge everyday. It's heavier than I expected. I purchased the soft case to protect it in case of a fall. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with a carrying case. I purchased one separately, but feel it would be included for the price.

The sound is great, it has a good weight to it. I like how more than 1 person at a time can control it. One negative is the Bluetooth range to ur phone/tab sucks. I've had cheap speakers with much greater range

Bose definitely is one of the best audio products manufacturer. No bluetooth speaker in the market compares with this product. Ease of use? Check. Product quality? Check. Sound output? Check. This is definitely an improvement over the previous one especially with the battery life. You need to listen to it and compare it with the other bluetooth speakers in the market. This definitely will win you over.

Good sound and great build quality. Small enough to fit anywhere. Battery life is good.

We purchased this as a Christmas present and have used it every day since. The clarity of sound is amazing. As an example, we hear instruments and harmonies in songs never noticed before, and a Nat King Cole song was so crisp, it sounded like a recent recording! We play music from our Windows OS phones using Pandora, and our iPad using the playlist and youtube videos. The portability is a real bonus.

There is a lot of sound for such a small package. It was very easy to sync to my Bluetooth device. The unit is pricey and heavy in my opinion, and the optional carrying case is over the top expensive.
