The Bose Soundlink Mini 2 is the second Bose I have bought. Obviously, the Mini 1 isn't that good, so I bought it, and tried it once, and then returned it because it didn't meet my expectation. However, the Mini 2 has a lot more improvements than the Mini 1 which makes me very like it. First of all, the battery like is a lot better than the previous edition, and I believe it is the one of the best in the class right now, for a small portable Bluetooth speaker, (I used to have a Sony Mini 2 as well, the battery life never met the official claimed 8 or 10 hours). Secondly, the sound feels a bit richer, the bass is deeper than the last generation. Third, the Bluetooth connection sometimes will have audio transit error, for example, you might hear nothing at the first few seconds after the Bluetooth is connected, and when the phone call is coming, the audio transit during the first few seconds also feels lag. I think it is only place the next generation needs to be improved. Overall, the new space black like color is more attractive than the silver colorway, but the silver is always the most classic color to be recognized as the premium product.

Excellent product. I use it everyday in my home for music and audiobooks. PROS. Crisp, clear and high quality sound. Very portable ( you can take it with you very easily ) Easily pairs to your devices and has very very good range. CONS. It's a bit pricey, but i think it's worth the money Would highly recommend!

I debated about getting the mini or splurging another $100 for the SoundLink III. The mini II is just great. Only had it a few days but it paired easily and the sound quality and volume is amazing for such a small device. No need to spend the extra $$ on the III unless you will be using in a large outdoor space. I would highly recommend the mini

The speaker is small and portable but it sounds much bigger then it is. The pairing process is easy and within minutes we were enjoying tunes. looks grreat and small enough I had a few people ask me where the music was coming from. they were looking for in wall speakers and were amazed it was coming from this small package. Great product!

Perfect speaker for computer or phone! Clear sound, great size, and I have not found any Mini speaker to beat it yet. I bought one for my mother and she loves it just as I have for my computer. Bass is great and the voice from movies or songs can be heard unlike a lot of other speaker which sound muffled. Usually can't go wrong with Bose

This is an awesome speaker. The sound is great, it's very portable, bass is perfect, and battery holds well. Other speakers have more bass that takes away from the music. I think this is perfect. The price is a bit higher than I would like, but I think it's worth it for other comparable speakers on the market.

I was searching for a Bluetooth speaker portable enough to move around the house. The main use is for backyard patio. This device packs great sound and surprising bass for such a small unit. You can feel bass sound when cranked up. For the price, I wish there were audio controls but overall I highly recommend this speaker.

I love my bose mini blue tooth speaker. I have already taken it on a beach vacation and used it in the room and balcony to stream music. It is a nice size for traveling. I also purchased a cover and travel case to protect it. The battery charge seems to last 8-10 hours. The quality of sound is typical bose excellence.

Easy to link up with multiple devices, including iPad and android phones. Excellent sound quality, remarkable bass considering such a small speaker. Battery is long lasting (approx 10 hours of play). Speaker is easy to transport. Have used speaker both on boat and in car to be able to listen internet radio.

Good sound, long battery life, portable, easy to use

I love this speaker. It has great sound and good base sound. It is easy to operate and easy to move around from room to room if I want to. I can hear it from another room that I may be in. My family recently heard it when they were visiting and loved it. A great product from Bose. The battery lasts quite a while.

Although this is a small speaker, it is a Bose and has incredible sound for such a small speaker. Battery life lasts every bit of the 10 hrs that it tells you it has. Every one of my friends who have heard this speaker can not believe the sound either. Great buy and great sound.

The bose soundlink mini albeit on the expensive side, performs way out of its class. I havent heard bass and sound quality like this out of a speaker this small. Great battery life, easy to use.. I am totally happy with my purchase.

I originally purchased the black Bose Soundlink II for myself. I used mine during an outdoor party, which people were very impressed with the sound quality and volume, so I purchased the white Bose Soundlink II for my son's birthday, which he uses at work and is perfect for his work station.

I was looking for a good quality speaker that I could carry around to different rooms in my house and continue listening to the same thing. This works great! The battery lasts longer than I expected, but I don't know how long because it's never run out. The sound is very good as well.

With the small size of this speaker, you expect it not be decently loud. When I used this for the first time, I was blown away. The sound quality and volume it produces blows my LG soundbar away. Also with it sitting in front of you, you can feel the bass it puts off.

Amazing sound quality and volume. Extremely user friendly speaker connects simply with multiple devices. I've used other portable speakers, but none as easy as the Bose mini link II and use as speaker was simple with excellent sound quality. Battery life excellent and charging easy. Makes me happy:)

Unbelievable sound from such a small speaker! Integrated phone compatibility, so if your paired phone has an incoming call while you're listening to music, the speaker will take over the audio and ring and you press a button on top of the speaker to answer and use it as your speakerphone. When the call ends, the speaker resumes playing your music or podcast. It has a micro-USB input so you can charge it the way you do most other USB-charged devices. With the direct USB connectivity you can also install software updates. You can pair two devices at the same time instead of just one and it memorizes the Bluetooth settings for the last 6 devices you've paired. The voice prompts for Bluetooth pairing is very helpful, identifying the device currently paired and also prompting you through setup. I have several wireless speakers including Sonos, which may be the best sound I have heard in a wireless speaker. But if you want something small, nothing out there compares to the Bose Mini II.

This little speaker is da bomb! I played it side by side with my wife's Wave Radio...I played similar tracks and I have to tell you...it sounds as good as the Wave radio, albeit in a smaller package! And it will handle any genre of music that you throw at it, and handle it well. Plays loudly, without breaking up. Bluetooth range is sufficient for my needs. Bose did it again...great product.....highly recommended!

After reading numerous reviews for mid-range (price) blue tooth speakers, I went to Best Buy to listen to the Bose SoundLink Mini II, JBL Pulse, and the UE Boom. All sounded great, and all were within about $20 of each other at the time. Ultimately, I chose the Bose SoundLink Mini II. It sounded better than the other two, felt very well made (it is), and looked far more attractive for where we wanted to use it (kitchen). NOTE: if I was going to do a lot of heavy travel with the speaker, especially outdoors, one of the others would have been better. I've had this unit for months now and am very happy with it. It sounds amazing, has very long battery life, comes with a charging cradle that is very easy and attractive, and also takes phone calls. I would definitely consider this if you are looking for a solidly built, great sounding blue tooth speaker for within your home.
