I travel about 10 months of the year, Have many portable speakers, but finally decided to purches a Bose because I wanted more Bass and clear sound. Give all my small portable speakers to my cousins. Now Ihave beautiful sound and Bass in the Hotel Rooms :)

I was considering getting the Color speaker, but opted for this one because it had richer and fuller sound. It is perfect for my apartment, I pair it with my imac, phone, and tablet. It plays for hours and charges fairly quickly. I have taken this guy to the pool, to the beach, and it is very portable. Only problem, one time I left it in the sun for too long (I usually keep it under the shade) and it overheated. I brought it back inside and it was back to normal within an hour. I am considering getting another one, because my kids like to borrow mine often.

I purchase this speaker to minimize the size and weight of audio equipment that I take on vacation. Previously I the battery version of the Bose Sound Dock, which definitely has better sound, but when it comes to packing into a suitcase, not ideal. Then I purchased a small "job site" radio, which too was nice, not as good of sound as the Bose, but I then had the option of having extra batteries for those extended beach days. Having said that, it meant bringing the radio, battery charger, and batteries. That too took up more space than I cared for. It was definitely the most ideal for beach/sandy conditions, so it was hard to stray from that. I had been eyeing up the Soundlink Mini for awhile, with it's great sound and Bluetooth capabilities, it's hard not too want and once it went on sale, boom. New travel speaker. First time I used it, I was sitting around a campfire up North and it sounded great even outside, my friends kept asking me where the speaker was. Once they saw it, I inherently got to say "it's not the size that counts". Very happy with it. The end.

This little speaker really blew me away. The sound is clear, rich, and loud! Our friends are all impressed with it too. We carry it all over the house to stream music and it works great in every room. It can be used on the charging base or can be taken off the base and set anywhere. The battery lasts for hours.

Love this protective cover. I went with the clear/gray because the speaker itself is very attractive. Colors are available if you want to snazz it up a bit. Took some effort to get the speaker in this thing, but it's meant to be tight. Perfect fit and glad I have the extra protection. Get the carry case too !

I couldn't be happier with this Bose wireless speaker. Great range and stellar base in a super small, conveniently movable package. If you are looking for a great little speaker to link to your mobile gadgets (iPad, etc.) this is definitely the ticket. Great for parties as well as it is easy to transport.

I use this speaker inside the house. The rechargable battery allows me to take it anywhere in the house. It's great for getting ready in the morning. I listen to it when I shower because my phone speaker isn't loud enough to hear over the running water. I love how small and portable it is and the sound is amazing.

This device is amazing. Bose clearly understands what it takes to get a lot of sound out of a small device. Rechargeable - way cool. Blue tooth pairing very easy. I use it every day. Five stars and although Bose is pretty proud of it, it was worth the $$$. I have bought three of these.

Have used in conjunction with iPhone 6 in bluetooth mode for listening to audio books. Pairs and connects to the phone easily. Sturdy construction and good looks. Sound is clear and well modulated. Battery lasts as advertized with a charging plate that makes charging easy and convenient.

The Bose soundlink mini is a compact but sturdy mobile bluetooth speaker. I enjoyed the instructions on placement of the speaker to maximize the low end (bass) of your music. Ample volume and responsive connectability to my iOS device. This little box is the best sounding mini speaker I have come across and have recommended it to several friends. Some in its class can be used as speaker phones for group conference calls etc... I do miss this feature but it is not a deal breaker. This just means the Bose mini soundlink is all play. This speaker should be bundled with the soft cover and the travel bag. Buying all three is a must but it adds up! Expensive travel case and gel like protective cover are negatives to this already pricy ( all be it great ) mini speaker.

Right size and weight for travel. Sound is much fuller than many others that I tried with good bass and minimal distortion. Solid build and battery life was a full 5 hours on max volume. Battery life could be longer and no speakerphone functions, but not needed. Battery is replaceable.

Wow! I knew Bose was amazing but had never owned one until now. This thing may be small in size but the sound is HUGE! I am in love with the size and how portable it is. It also works great as a speakerphone. Crystal clear sound. Highly recommend. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

For ease of use, convenience and remarkable sound reproduction, this blue tooth speaker is everything I wanted as a companion to my laptop and phone when I'm working at home. Lots of hours on a single charge and I can get reception even in distant rooms. Love it.

Read about the Bose speaker, friends recommended it. Heard it at a neighbor's house and thought it made sense for small rooms. Love the mobility. Holds a great charge...lasts a long time. Sound is outstanding. Spend the extra bucks...this one is worth it.

The quality sound on these speakers is great, and the bluetooth connection to my phone is easy and quick. They are somewhat heavy, but I believe is due to the components needed for the high sound quality. I really like the size and looks of them.

Outstanding sound, look, portability. Still love my jam box, but this is the next level. Downside is weight, no accessories except charger and Bluetooth range is weaker than jambox

These covers fit great, make it easier to hold (and not drop) and protects against drops, as well as giving it a cool and hip feeling to match colors. Make sure you youtube how to install the cover, as it only fits on a specific way.

I tried out several models in the store. Some were gadgety with disco lights built into them or were interesting to look at, but NONE, and I do mean NONE came close to the quality of sound emitted from this very compact device. There is enough bass and mid range to satisfy me and then some! It's like I'm walking around with a "boom box" on my shoulder, but it's smaller than my bottle of water. I like that it has an auxiliary input in case I have a non-bluetooth device. The range for bluetooth reception seemed a little limited, but I can't tell if that is the fault of my device or this speaker. Honestly, I'm impressed with it. I don't know why I thought I might find something impressive at a lower cost. It's a Bose; I should have known it was going to sound fantastic and be worth every penny.

This Item is great!. In the past, I had tried other bluetooth devices to stream music from my phone/computer/mp3player and they basically sucked. The sound quality was poor, and there would always be interference. The Bose Soundlink Mini is wonderful because it fixes that problem. I can connect to the device with anything (computer, phone, etc). I can take it into any room. I even take it with me when I travel because it is light! Like most of Bose products is the sound quality is optimal. This tiny speak has great power (no surprise there). Overall, I am completely satisfied with this purchase. If you are skeptical, try it out.

Can't rave enough about this mini speaker! The sound quality is amazing, battery life is excellent, looks sleek, lightweight, easy to pair with devices. And did I mention the sound quality is AMAZING???
