Very good speaker, sounds great, its portable and i can take anywhere

The SoundLink Max delivers powerful, balanced audio with a focus on clarity and bass depth that outperforms many competitors in its size class. Powered by three transducers (two 89-mm full-range drivers and one 23-mm high-frequency driver) and two racetrack radiators, it produces loud, distortion-free sound even at high volumes. Vocals are crisp, acoustic instruments have warmth, and the bass is punchy without overwhelming the mids or treble. The default sound profile is well-tuned, but the Bose app offers adjustable EQ settings for fine-tuning bass, midrange, and treble. Compared to the SoundLink Flex, the Max offers significantly more bass and volume, making it better suited for larger spaces or outdoor gatherings. Pairing two units in Stereo Mode or Party Mode (via a firmware update) elevates the experience with richer, more immersive sound. However, audiophiles may find it lacks the ultra-fine detail of high-end wired systems.

Sound is amazing and i can take it anywhere i go simply the best

This Bose portable speaker works great in our small space as our multiuse speaker. We won’t test the louder volume, but for the level we sre using, lower settings, our movie and music sound details don’t get shorted. We can actually hear sounds we could not hear from TV at low volume setting. The sound is rich and clear, So far no confusion for the device auto connect. (We have found our portable bluetooth speakers can jump from one device to another, on their own) which can be frustrating for family members who need simple.

Great product good quality sound and looks great a perfect gift

Fills the room with quality sound. I bought my daughter the sound link but it didn't go as loud as I wanted so I purchased the sound link plus for myself and I love it.

I’ve been eyeing the Max for a bit now but that price…I already had a Flex but it wasn’t quite cutting it. Bought the Plus yesterday and while it’s not exactly sufficient for my taste, when paired with my Flex in party mode it’s perfection. So now I have two speakers I can use for different purposes or together when I want to rock out. The Max is pretty big and also expensive so this was the perfect solution as I literally thought there was a pretty big gap between the Flex and Max.

This speaker has very good sound. And it lasts a long time before having to charge it. Definitely recommend. I am very pleased with my purchase

This is my second Bose portable speaker. I still have the first one, but the battery doesn’t charge very well after about 18 years. This one’s a little bigger but sounds really good. Charge is very quickly one thing I wish Bose would come out with is a charger with a long cord. Overall, a great product.

Great sound and volume. Easy to connect. All the quality you would expect from Bose. The only issue is it is a little heavier than I would have expected.

I purchased a second one (in blue) to pair up in stereo mode and the sound is even more amazing! Easy to install Bose application and customization. I have the Bose SoundLink Max (in black on release date) as well and I’m so very happy with these two products (was not a fan of the SoundLink Flex). A definite improvement and a must have for anyone who really enjoys listening to their music at the highest quality. A little bit on the pricey side, but absolutely well worth it (been looking through many other brands and models for that perfect sound). Oh, not something you can just pick up and toss into your backpack as it is a bit bulky and heavy, but don’t let that stop you from owning one. I didn’t let it stop me!

Easy to connect to and super loud and crisp at high volume. Make sure you use the right Bose app to change the EQ or it’ll never connect.

this is the best bluetooth speaker I've ever owned, the amount of sound it can produce for its size is truly amazing! definitely the kind of sound output you'd expect from a bigger speaker, not sure how Bose did it but I love it
