Sound great but it loses connection

This one has a great sound but it tends to lose connection with a computer. I had to reset it a couple of times. And if another user is there, that may happen too. It says that you can connect it with a wire, and I have MacBook Pro and still does not quite work. Not sure what a solution is. It was very promising until I had to google the connection.
