the sound is good. very simple to use. But I expected a great sound for the price.

This ia a great speaker. My husband uses one as an elementary music teacher and says the battery life is great. We gave both our musical daughters each their own and they can use them for accompaniment, and also at home for watching movies, etc. I used it to practice singing my choir music.

Wanted one of these for a long long time, When it went on sale for $125 off I didn't hesitate to buy it. Sounds great, easy to sync, good battery life and very solid.

This Bose speaker is affordable and puts out amazing sound. I thought I would have to spend a fortune tomown a great Bose speaker, but this one was right in my price range and very affordable. You will be amazed at how this little speaker can fill a room (and beyond!) with rich, clear tones.

People who are looking for great sound quality and bass..just go and buy this speaker. Generally in such handy speakers you will not feel minute sound details but Bose is an exception. Its worth buying and experiencing.

Clear sound, decent bass It lives in my backpack and I take it with me everywhere Bluetooth and auxiliary in Only thing is I wish it connected to more than one device at a time (like the qc35 headphones do) and I wish it used a micro usb or usb c to charge as opposed to the pin it does use

My girlfriend is big into music and had been looking for a good Bluetooth speaker. Between her and her family buying and returning a bunch of speakers that just didn't perform, I found this one and bought it for Christmas. This thing puts out GREAT sound at all levels. We use it for everything now... By the pool, on the beach (wrapped up though for protection, and for our annual Halloween party. I bought it for her at $300 (pricey, but definitely worth it) 2 years ago. I just bought a 2nd one for myself on deal of the day for $200. Best speaker on the market in its class by a mile. Love it.

good overall product ...bass is good....slightly pricey but I guess that's bose ..........good battery life ............

I bought this for my father's funeral, as I needed a wireless speaker to deliver the music recordings with volume and clarity. The church was small, but the music was big. It exceeded my expectations. A great product.

Typical Bose excellent quality. Produces full accurate sound that fills large rooms. A little pricey but you know you are getting an excellent product with the Bose brand.

We have a large-ish apartment, and this speaker is excellent for listening to music, movies, etc. while working in multiple rooms. We've been able to sync it with all of our devices (0-6 years old) with no difficulty. The sound quality is great, just what you would expect from Bose.

The sound quality is very good along with battery life. The connection for Apple and Android phones was easy.

It sounds great. Clear and loud! It'a amazing as to how it fills the room withs sound. I have used the item for every gathering and everyone is always amazed as to how such a small product has such a powerful sound.

I bought the mini 1 year ago and it's good for traveling and love the sound but also want a great speaker that I will keep at home that's why I bought this soundlink 3. It's even better. I love the rich sound of it.

This is another great product in the Bose lineup. The third entry in the SoundLink lineup and as usual, quality has improved where there didn't seem to have room for improvement. Easily feel a huge room with theatre quality sound, all in a compact rechargeable unit.

I started with the Bose color speaker, and upgraded to the SoundLink III. The sound is absolutely amazing, and it makes a room sound like it has surround sound. All of the Bose bluetooth speakers have amazing sound, and I am so glad I upgraded to the best one.

Bought after Christmas love the sound. But just yesterday it had an issue. It faded in and out. Battery fully charged. The ATT service guy who was here for something else said it was "probably catching up to itself". But it continued and I hadn't had that happen before. Being the $300 sound link I am concerned. If it happens again I will call in.

Great upgrade from the mini 2. I've had it for a month now so I've had time to really get a picture of what it is designed to do. 1st, sound quality depends on placement and environment of the unit. Harder surfaces add a stronger overall performance. 2nd, the sound field the unit covers is pure Bose. Gorgeous and full with headroom for days. Truly beautiful highs from this speaker. 3rd, longer battery life then the mini 2, as to be expected. And 4th, you can use the volume on the unit as a gain stage and the volume on your mobile device as the primary volume stage. In other words, maxing out the volume on the SL3 allows the unit to produce a fuller, more robust sound at lower volumes. Nice feature if it was meant to do that. Lastly, I would like to say, if your a Bose's fan? This is a great addition to anyone's pursuit of "high fidelity" in a portable unit. Moreover, buy 2 and have "Quad-o-phonic" sound, 21 century style!! Enjoy

Great sounding speaker, expected nothing else from Bose. Really portable and battery lasts long. Still one of the best true bluetooth speakers available.
