Impressive piece of equipment. Amazing sound, amazing bass. Fills a reasonable size room with sound of excellent quality. More than pleased. Like the battery power so no need to fiddle with cords moving from room to room. Highly recommended.

Bose makes some of the best sounding speaker systems. This one is amazing for indoor use anywhere you go. The bass boost comes from the rear so it should be close to a wall to optimize sound. Great bluetooth or hardwired connectivity.

Love my jam boxes. I have a Marley bag of riddim, which rocks, but it's too big for some stuff I do. The Bose rocks. Loud, long battery, easy to pair. Pick up a good case online for 1/3 the price of the Bose cases and much better quality.

I purchased this speaker for my apartment. I wanted something that I could crank up and enjoy without disturbing the neighbors. This little speaker has some serious power. The base is clear and crisp, but won't rattle picture frames off of your walls (or disturb your neighbors). I can listen to music and podcasts from my iPad and iPhone. $300 isn't cheap, but Bose is top of the line. I've tested this against the Beats Pill, and will take the Bose Soundlink III over the pill any day of the week. It is small and mobile. You can bring this with you anywhere.

Dont let the size fool you. This Speaker amps up a medium to large room. It's convenient for outdoor gatherings due its portability and cordless functionality. It is easy to operate and lasts a long time on one single charge. Enjoy!

This speaker from Bose plays excellent quality sound that you would expect from A Bose product. Gets pretty loud for the size no distortion in the base range and even though the speaker isn't that big the bass plays fairly well

Nice sound from a small package. Easy to initially set up. Very easy to use. Battery charge lasts at least several hours. Hasn't been an issue. Have owned for several weeks.

Pros: Full Complete Sound. Bass is deep. Sound is natural and rich Does not crack at higher volumes I like the shape Cons: Battery life is around 9 hours (and not 14) Overall I like the product because of the sound quality. Though its not as loud as Beats Pills, it is good enough for me. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and can hear it from any room. Also, the bluetooth range is good as I can operate it from any room. Only catch is that it turns off after 30 mins of inactivity to conserve battery, so you have to physically go to the speakers and turn it on again.

Easy to pair up with iPhone 6. The sound is fantastic and battery life is even better ... I already ordered and received the charging dock/cradle which makes it easy to just sit it on charging cradle.

I literally love this speaker. It sounds great, the battery lasts long, and it is small and not in the way. I recently got rid of a Dre Beats Boombox for this. The Bose blows it out of the water.

Very easy to use and to link with any bluetooth music player (e.g. iphone, ipod, etc.). The sound is really good and deep for such a small speaker. Battery life is really good as well.

better bass than the mini, full charge lasts 4 to 6 hours depending on how high you crank it. Loud enough for apartment living

I bought this for my dad's birthday and my parents loved it so much that I had to buy them a second one. Now my mom carries her speaker into every room of the house with her (despite the fact that she can hear it everywhere no matter where it's placed because the sound is so good!). The sound is absolutely amazing - not just for the size of the speaker but in general as well. It's also very easy to set up - my parents are both very technologically inept and they were able to stream music from their iPhones within seconds. I plan on buying yet another one so that my husband and I can enjoy it during tailgating season!

The SoundLink Speaker III lives up to the excellent quality sound that is general provided by Bose. The bluetooth (wireless) connection was simple and quick in pairing to three (3) different devices to stream music from my IPhone, IPad and android device. The speaker unit is well constructed, small and lightweight to enable easy carrying and movement to different areas for entertainment outdoors or in a large family room.

Awesome sound. Like the slim design. Distance range quality could be a bit improved for blue tooth. Although a little pricey, the sound and the portability is worth it!

I was going to get the JBL Charge 2 for $129.00 and thought it sounded pretty good and the I saw the in store distplay of the Bose Soundlink at $300.00 and said "yeah right!" And then I heard it! The Bose was a much better value for the quality of sound and is comparable to a home system. The base response is amazing but doesn't "push" air, so the base doesn't penitrate through walls making it an ideal choice for apertment/dorm/condo applications. I highly recomend this unit!

Completed extensive research and product demos before selecting this unit and have not been disappointed. Excellent sound, including low end and great Bluetooth connection range. I use several devices with the unit, easy hook up.

We are very happy with this purchase. We have seen and heard so many other portable sound systems out in the market and even at gathering that simply don't compare to the Bose Speaker. Its a very big sound with such tremendous base that one wouldn't even think that its coming from this little speaker. We take it everywhere, camping, the beach, picnics, pool sides... you name it, it doesn't let us down. Great sound for hours on! We deliberated on going for other economical options but we are very happy for what we get. When it comes to the this sound quality, you truly get what you pay for!

Great size - easy to take with you to the park, or on picnics, etc. Very full, rich sound - surprising for a small unit. Very easy to pair with Blue Tooth devices.

I had a beats pill XL until apple had the recall. Very happy that I replaced the speaker with this Bose unit. The sound is cleaner, but doesn't have as much bass. The Bluetooth range is much better. Battery life is excellent.
