Bose does it again. They incorporate four speakers into this system for only $300. The other speaker I was going to purchase only had two and cost $200. In essence I am getting 1 additional speaker free.

I once went to a party where they were using an older model of this Bose speaker. When I noticed how loud and well sounding this item was, I knew I had to get one for myself. Arriving to Best Buy I noticed this was an item available. I immediately took a look at it, tried it out at the store, and made the purchase. At home we are now able to enjoy music through this speaker without having to carry around such a huge speaker with wires. Te Bose speaker is awesome!

Great portable speaker but at high volume loses a bit of the sound quality. This is still the best portable speaker I have found available. I wish it was less expensive. If it was cheaper probably would have given 5 stars.

Great sound from such a little box. Base is strong. Can control volume from IPhone or on the Bose III unit.

Great sound as expected, I was planning on purchasing this or another model Bose when I went into store. The best buy employee told me this had a speaker on back as well. It does not, only holes to open up airflow for speaker. The sound quality is great, but if I had known this I would have went with the larger bose speaker to use. But as I said just like all the Bose audio that I own, office speakers, stereo receiver and speakers, headphones and older phone dock speakers the sound is excellent and worth the price. It would be nice if I could charge with standard USB and also use as charger for my device, but that is not a breaking point for me.

This speaker is a perfect size to carry anywhere, set up during an event or use in our home. Great sound.
