This was a great purchase. It packs in a lot of sound for a relatively small speaker.

Bought this for my fiancé for his birthday and he loves it! Great sound and great bass.

I've been a Bose fan since the '70's, but when one of my students brought this "brick" into school to play his music in the hallways, I couldn't believe how good the sound quality was! As a music teacher, I am trained to hear all levels of frequency response and this Bose system represents a major step forward in portable, Bluetooth sound. My only criticism is I really wanted to crank it up, but was only able to attain a pre-determined max level of loudness that was enough to sit outside on the lawn and rock out, but not enough for me to annoy the neighbors.

As usual it is amazing the sound Bose makes from such a small box, sound is 5. I docked it 1 Star for the following. Electric cord too short (at least for our location) another foot or so was needed. My phone auto connects to my car audio by Bluetooth but not the soundlink. You must manually connect it each time. No remote or app to control the soundlink, although they do have an app for their higher end unit. I can live with the above and did not take it back and I would recommend it if the above is not an issue for you as it sounds great. We are using it in a small hobby room streaming from an IMac using iTunes.

Great sound as usual from Bose. Sound fills the room. Easy to pair to Bluetooth.

This Bose unit has great sound and is easy to connect to your blue tooth device. I would have liked to have a bit more range on the blue tooth, but it is probably on par with other devices. I can connect to my amp in the Great Room and have the speaker in my garage and it works fine. About 13' in a straight line and through 2 walls, and on my patio about 35' and through 1 wall with windows.

This was purchased as a gift for my daughter in college. She is able to listen to music on the Bose Soundlink for whatever device she chooses to use. She loves it!

Sound quality is what you'd expect from Bose. Connecting devices is simple. The only negative I've found is the volume. It just doesn't seem all that loud at the highest setting.
