This unit does not disappoint in any way. I am very happy with the quality of sound that it produces.

They charge really slow, and the battery life per charge is horrible. Super disappointed with this one.

What I don’t like about it is that you can’t change the track from the speaker, only from the device you’re streaming on. The volume often times will only play as loudly as the device you’re streaming through, which isn’t very loud, and you will have to reset the speaker to make the volume louder.

We're glad you found the sound great. You can control the playback of music using the controls on top of the speaker. More information can be found on page 18 of the manual here: https://bose.life/3HrAVHY

You place this on a table and everyone, in any direction, gets the same level of music. This is great for parties where you don't want one concentration of sound that is too loud in one area, but too quiet in the opposite side. The only negative about this is that the bass is too heavy. That is a known Bose sound though. There are no adjustments on the speaker to adjust the treble/bass.
