Using outdoors with no issues. On the expensive side but it is all about quality. Secret is to place near a wall several inches away. That increases bass response.

almost worth it

BUT, at this prive point, I need this thing to be jaw dropping, and it isn't. I can achieve the same sound or better using another line of speakers that is more rugged and less expensive. at this price point, I shouldn't have to think, "man imagine how good it would sound with 2 of them paired together" because then I'm paying close to a grand on 2 weird lantern speakers that can't be submerged in water. no thanks. get with Logitech and figure out the IPX rating, then I'll pay the premium. otherwise it UE for me.

But I keep buying it because it’s the best speaker I have found.

Bose - Sound Link, a life saver for a O-T-R Driver

I was able to use the Bluetooth to increase the volume sound.
