You released a product in the year 2021 that only charges via Micro USB. Unbelievable. In my experience, it only works 10% of the time, even with the official cable provided with the product. Tried the charging cradle bought from the Bose website to see if that would fix it, and it bumped it up from 10% to 25% of the time it'll work. I hate to give this product a bad review, because overall it's not bad! Amazing Bose sound quality, hooks up well to another similar speaker for stereo audio, fills a room in every direction with sound. It's just this darn charge port that's the issue! I can't get my money's worth out of the product if I can't stinkin' charge the thing!

Posted .I'm happy to hear you like the 360° sound offered by the SoundLink Revolve II speaker! It's also good that you've been using it in stereo mode with a similar Bluetooth speaker.
While micro-USB charging is common, it sounds like your speaker has a charging issue. Trying both a USB cable and charging cradle is definitely a good idea. If that doesn't help, then check the USB charger meets the power requirements of your speaker (e.g. 1.5 A / 1500 mA should be sufficient).
