If you're looking for base in a portable speaker, this one isn't it. But this is a good speaker with clear sound and pretty good connectivity. Sometimes it will disconnect and have a hard time reconnecting. Overall pretty good.

I’ve had many Bluetooth speakers and none have had the quality of the Bose. Not tinny, not brassy. Just a very smooth sound. Makes me want to listen to my music more often.
