    Good and then it died

    I purchased this speaker for my office primarily. During the first 90 days, it was perfect size, sounded great and sync'd so easily with my iPhone. Then, I took it out and used it during 18 holes of golf. It was on full volume for darn near 4.5 hours and it ran out of juice while I was putting on the 18th hole. I was so impressed. After that, it wouldn't hold a charge again. I've tried everything to get it to charge...changing cables, changing power sources, etc. etc. It's just done. Can't recommend it unless you're looking for a $200 speaker to last for 90 days.

    Constantly Cuts Out

    My devices play music without any interruption until I connect them to this speaker. Then there are big jarring gaps of silence. Since the devices play fine on their own I feel justified in blaming the speaker. Bose has such a good reputation that I was seriously shocked at how terrible this product is. I wouldn't even mind if I could just directly link with a cord but that isn't an option .

    Not worth the money

    This speaker does not live up to the Bose name. The sound is tinny and has no depth. The bluetooth connection is terrible - whenever the connection cuts out I have to exit out of iTunes, turn the speaker off and then on again and then go back into iTunes. This speaker may end up in the trash.

      We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the audio quality of this, and that you've had issues with the Bluetooth connection.
      If you're having an issue with Bluetooth, we would recommend that you try clearing the pairing list on the speaker, removing this from the phone or connected device, and adding this back in. Once done, then connect this speaker back up. Also, please check for any updates through the Bose connect app to ensure this is running correctly.
      As for the audio quality, the bass on the device varies based on the source of audio, and location of the speaker. We would suggest that you try adjusting the bass and treble from your Itunes, and moving the speaker to a closer location (preferably in a corner or near a wall) to maximise the quality of Sound heard.
      If you're still having issues after performing the above, please reach out to tech support in your region so we can work on this with you.

    Not at all water resistant

    I have returned this speaker 3 times in the last year due to water damage. I had to fight with customer service to get it covered this last time. I purchased the speaker bc of its water resistance but was told today that I can't use it near water or it wont be covered next time. The speaker also isn't very loud outdoors on a side note.

    Small space speaker

    Not a great speaker for a large area such as a living room, kitchen etc.... more for like a small bedroom or office. Bought a JBL for the same price and sounds twice as good, is water resistant, has a charging deck, and has 15 hrs of life per charge. For the price it was not worth it for me.

    I purchased it three weeks ago and i really enjoyed it. After two days the charging light was always amber never it reached green(full charge).My iPhone said it reached only 90% of battery even I charged it more than 15 hours. Thus, i retuned it.
