Comfortable with dynamic sound.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose wireless soundsport headphones are comfortable, sleek, stylish, and most of all continues the tradition of dynamic sound and quality only from the Bose name. Charger is awesome and sturdy and the wireless headphones cling snuggly to your ears with crisps trebles and deep bass sounds. You will enjoy and love them once you purchase them. Try it for yourself and treat your ears to delightful music.

Great however some improvements needed
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been thinking about these buds for some time - However helen back and i thought that they were a little pricey for the time I val listen to them So here my feedback Fit : the 3 different ear pieces allow a comfortable fit - they do not stick out of the ear more than others Sound : Bose sound -remarkable Buttons : left ear button will connect to the device of choice Right button volume and call answer hold pause (Make sure you never loose the right Earbud or you are out of luck!!! ) Connectivity: eat to connect to computer or phone and iPad Also I noticed that the bids disconnect frequently from the device of choice . Battery life : Even though the charger works well - I still expect a longer battery life than 4 hrs Phone : what irritated me most of all is that only the right Earbud will allow you to talk on the phone - the left Earbud will allow you to listen to audio books and music (I do not favor this feature at all My overall rating will be a 4 Star with hopes that Bose will make some improvements to these Buds

Wireless music experience
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As advertised, this will truly give a good wireless experience. It connect well with any Android or Apple phone. The sound quality is great but there are times that there’s a lag between audio and video, especially when linked to devices like laptops. The size is just right and fits well with the ear contour.

Super high quality sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not disappointed at all by the fit, comfort and sound of these buds. Only issue is connectivity but besides that these have worked well for me and are still holding up well. If you move around a lot they still manage to "fish hook" into your ear. The GPS tracking on these is also a nice feature and I'm glad it'll also play an alarming sound to make it easier to find. The app is okay, good for troubleshooting.

Good sound; poor bluetooth
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: - Good sound quality. - Snug fit in the ear means they will not budge during exercise. - Aerodynamic design means less wind noise transmitted to the ears. Cons: - Shoddy bluetooth signal means the left ear cuts out often. Dropouts occur more frequently when the battery level drops. - The ear pieces do not seal the ear canal, so there is no mitigation of ambient noise. Expect the sounds of passing cars to drown out the music, unless you raise the volume to an excessive level (not recommended). - There is a 1-1.5 second delay between the phone and the headphones (to keep the left & right ears synced). This means that the audio will be out of sync with any video that you watch, and any games that you play. I've had these headphones for almost 2 months now, and I'm growing as disappointed with the Bose Soundsport Free headphones as I was with the Jaybird Run headphones. I switched to the Bose headphones because the feature that I was disappointed with the Jaybirds - bluetooth connectivity - was supposedly better. When I first used the Bose headphones, the connectivity was good. I got very few dropouts during my work commute, and when the left ear did drop out, it was usually a momentary blip. As the weeks have gone on, though, the blips have lasted longer, and the dropouts have become much more frequent. These dropouts seem to occur more often as the battery drains - on Monday, there will be few dropouts since I've charged the headset over the weekend. By Friday, I would run out of fingers and toes if I wanted to count the number of times the left ear has cut out. I use these headphones less than 1 hour per day, so I would expect the charging case could keep the headphones fully charged to avoid battery-related dropouts, but that does not seem to be happening. The last bluetooth issue that prompted this review occurred when the left earpiece just decided it couldn't/didn't want to play music anymore. I was outside shoveling snow from my parents' driveway in the middle of nowhere, 10 miles from the nearest city, with only the family wifi as a potential source of interference, when the left earpiece just cut out and wouldn't come back up. It was infuriating. (The charging case was at 40% when I pulled the headphones out for use. Once I recharged the case & headphones to 100%, the left earpiece finally came back on.) I also don't understand why Bose chose the earbud design that they did. None of the three included earbud sizes would fully seal in my ear - there is always a gap for exterior sounds to leak thru. This means that as-is, any time a car passes or the wind blows, that sound drowns out the music. Since I live in Los Angeles and commute thru Burbank, I encounter plenty of cars. The only way I would be able to consistently hear my music with the stock earbuds is to raise the volume of both the headphones and my phone to max level - but that puts the volume at hearing damage levels. I ended up inserting a pair of Eargasm attenuation filters into the earbuds, so they would fully seal the ear canals, and I could finally listen to my music. All in all these are good sounding headphones marred by poor bluetooth performance and noise reduction. I would not recommend them.

Posted .Hello,
Thank you for sharing your review of the SoundSport Free wireless headphones. We're happy to hear that you enjoy the audio quality, the snug fit, and the design! SoundSport Free wireless headphones were designed to maximize the strength and reliability of a wireless signal. However, all truly wireless headphones have limitations and SoundSport Free is no exception. You may experience audio dropouts in one or both earbuds based on select listening conditions. Here are potential solutions to help mitigate this and help you enjoy them more: http://bose.life/2zKQ2wk. A SoundSport Free software update is now available to improve audio/video synchronization issues in most used cases. You can download the new software wirelessly through the Bose Connect app or by visiting btu.bose.com on your computer. If you own a Bluetooth device that fully supports Audio Video Distribution Transport Protocol (AVDTP), version 1.3 or later, you will benefit by this update. We have confirmed Apple iPhones and iPads use this protocol and we will continue to evaluate other popular Bluetooth devices. Audio/video synchronization may also vary depending on the mobile app being viewed (e.g. Netflix, YouTube). We encourage you to use the most recent software for your mobile apps, Bluetooth devices and Bose headphones.
If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to visit global.bose.com and contact us through your region, or you can follow us on Twitter @BoseService. Thank you! Brian - Bose Support

Overall impressive earbuds
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went from Apple AirPods to these earbuds and it’s a world of difference outside of battery life- which is still completely enough. The fit right and snug and do an incredible job at noise cancellation. The only complaint I have is that I feel like they could be louder. But outside of that the quality is awesome!

Great Gift
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my father and he summed up his experience in very few words. "They are lightweight, great sound, easy to use, good battery life, high quality". After trying them out myself I can expand a little more. They are light weight. You can't really notice the earbuds in your ears if they were not playing some sort of audio. It's very comfortable and easy on the ears. No complaints there. They have great sound, as Bose always does. You can hear everything you would expect to with beautiful quality. Again, no complaints. They are very easy to use, my dad is not very good tech wise but I gave these to him and he did it himself with no problems, I found it to be super simple as well. Great battery life. These headphones lasted me all day on a single charge and the charging cradle allows them to last even longer. My father and I both charge them every night just to keep them tip top and read for the next day. Overall they are high quality, well built, and work amazingly for anyone who wants them. We both would recommend them for anyone who wants a great wireless earbud.

Great for everyday use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a huge fan of Bose through the years and these headphones are no different. I really like the sound quality and having no cords. There are a few things that need to be notated. You can only connect one device at a time. For me this was an issue but not a deal breaker as I carry multiple devices for work. These headphones are not noise canceling. This does not take a star away from my rating as I knew this when I purchased. I would absolutely recommend these headphones to anyone.

Very nice quality.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried four different wireless earbuds of different price points before trying the Bose soundsport wireless earbuds. When you pull them out of the base they remember the sound from last time. Setup is easy and the app has a feature that you can find your earbuds. They are comfortable on the ear even when your working out or running. Sound is good and sounds better than the other four ear buds. Definitely worth the buy.

BOSE delivers on sound!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound from BOSE is always great! Doesn't have SUPER punchy bass, but there's definitely enough bass to fill my needs. I find the volume level perfect on these. At its loudest setting I don't find a need to raise the volume at all, unlike others I've experienced. I find the fit is ok, but the rubber sport ear tips can be a bit painful when in for extended periods of times because I feel they stretch out my inner ear at times and can sometimes feel like they're going to fall or slip out if I'm sweating doing housework or working out. However, not the same pain from inserting tips directly into ears from popping, which I find can sometimes hinder the sound quality. They do give you different size tips. No issues with connectivity. Does what I want them to do. Noise cancelling is not an issue with these in, even though they're not advertised as such. Battery case gives you 2 extra full charges. All in all, they're a great product that does what I need them to. Would've given 5 stars with better fit & comfort, but that's just my opinion. Sound is still phenomenal.

Great wireless headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headphones are great and event better when working out, they fit securely in the ear during multiple types of workhouse. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week so I didn’t mind paying a bit more for headphones that I will use nearly every day. The sound itself is great and the ear tips form a nice fit snugly to capture all the sound. I would have given them 5 stars. It I feel the side volume buttons are very stiff and sometimes difficult to push, hopefully these will loosen up with time.

Excellent sound, great battery and low lag
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used the Apple wired earphones since I got an iPhone 3G. Switched to over the ears headphones for improved sound quality, since I was consuming much more media on my phone. With the newest phone I tried the adaptors and decided I would try a BT in ear device. I am totally satisfied with the sound quality. These Bose headphones don’t require an overly high volume to work while you move outside because they block the ambient noise. They stay on as long as you do not physically bump them (as taking off a lanyard.) I have used the microphone to record one of my lectures and the sound quality was surprisingly good. My main concern was the sound lag that I had seen reported, but with the latest software, I do not notice any delay when streaming video or during video conferences. The main issue I have experienced is less than smooth pairing with my laptop, which is why I give it 4-stars. My computer runs Windows/Linux and I wish it was more effortless to simply get the headphones to work as intended. The charge lasts long and if you put your headphones in the case when you take breaks, you could consume media all day long if it was your thing. The in ear part is comfortable enough that I sometimes lay on a pillow with the headphone on and it is tolerable for a whole episode or program. Overall, other than a few pairing hiccups with laptop and the fact that I am immersed in the sound and may have ignored people who talked to me, I am fully satisfied with this product.

Great for the Gym!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These ear buds replaced a pair of Jabras I wore during workouts for around 5 years. These definitely sound just as good, possibly better. Also much more comfortable and stay in your ears much better. Let’s hope they last just as long! The only complaint I have is that they could use more volume.

Comfortable headphones with premium sound.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones provide premium sound and are comfortable to wear, even for extended periods of time. The set comes with interchangeable ear pieces to accommodate different ear sizes, which was a plus for me due to my small ears. The carrying case doubles as a charger for convenience. They are a bit pricey, but definitely worth the investment if you plan to use them often.

Good quality
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They are comfortable. They sound great as Bose should. I like the charging case, but it can be a pain to open. It has nice LEDs on the front to tell you the charge level. They're not the best looking earbuds sticking out of your ears. The price is a little steep.

Easy to use and intuitive controls to change songs, answer calls, adjust volume, etc. Charging case is a great addition. Huge sound
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Three weeks into wearing these. Sound quality is what you would expect from Bose. I've had 2 sets of noise cancelling wired earbuds before these and the quality is much the same. Though they don't have noise cancelling- these wireless earbuds do offer freedom from wires that tangle, wear out, and get in the way. It also is a benefit to bevaware of ambient sound when wearing them all day and at the gym. They stay in place as long as one of the 3 size earpieces fit well - sound quality is great with a good close in the ear. Phone calls are clear and people on the other end have no problem hearing you speak. They are a little large and look a little funny when wearing both. I normally wear the right during the day and it looks and works just fine like a bluetooth earpiece. At the gym I wear both and the sound experience is excellent. Exercising they stay in place easily. I even forgot and jumped in the 8ft pool - unaffected but I'm not going to push it. Would certainly buy them again. Like all Bose products I've bought in the past I am very pleased with these and use them all of the time.
