Purchased these for my husband as a gift. He's very pleased with the sound quality but I'm really disappointed that he reported the battery only lasts 4-5 hours and takes 2 hours to charge. I expected a lot more from Bose, especially for the price I paid.

It’s a great product by Bose. I use it everyday. The earpiece fits perfectly in both the ears. Excellent sound clarity and stereo effect. While on call, the audio is very clear without any noice disturbance. However, there was an issue of left piece getting disconnected while playing music but after the software update, I have never faced that issue. I would recommend this to all sports persons, gym goers..

The music sound quality is great however when make a phone call only the right ear works which is very annoying

Once again Bose has outdone themselves. this is the second Bose Bluetooth headset device that I own and I am extremely satisfied. I couldn't have received a better gift for my birthday. the battery life is more than sufficient and they couldn't have made charging any easier.

My Bose SoundSport Free Wireless Headphones showed up this week and I couldn't be happier after giving them a full testing. I've been looking for wireless earbud headphones for a while now and haven't been able to find a pair with great sound, comfort and feature packed...my search is over! The Bose packaging is top-notch as with all of their products, well thought out and protects the equipment well. In terms of a quick start guide, it's really brief and directs you to the BoseConnect app for set up. What's in the box: earbuds, charging case, charging cable, S, M and L earpieces and paperwork. Set up was very easy, I already have the Bose Connect app on my iphone, so all that is needed is to take the earbuds out of the charging case and swipe down on the app. Voila, they were connected and ready to use. Bose shipped them fully charged and the charging case was pretty much fully charged as well. I popped them in with the medium earpieces already installed and they fit perfectly. Bose includes small and large earpieces in the box so they can be adjusted for a perfect fit. After a quick review of the online tutorial, I fired up SiriusXM and started cranking tunes! The sound quality is outstanding and rich with full base without being over-the-top like so many of the other headphones out there. I had my wife call so we could check on the call quality. These headphones are set up so the phone is fully operated within the right earphone...the control and mic are both on the right side and the call is also only on the right side. Not a big deal, but was hoping for the call to come across in both. The quality of the call was very good, my wife said it came across very crisp and clear on her iPhone. Next, I ran a quick 3 miles to see if they would hold in place and sound the same outside. The earbuds stayed in position even with a bit of sweat and the connection was solid from both my iPhone and my Apple Watch. Now I can run with just my watch and these headphones and still stay in touch with the outside world...if wanted! Pros - great quality Bose construction, fit and functionality - easy to setup and use right out of the box with the Bose Connect app - included portable charging case for additional battery life - Find My Headphone feature to locate either the right or left earbud via mapping and sounds - Phone calls are easy to manage and with excellent sound quality - Stays in place and are comfortable - Never lost connection, even with going in other rooms in my house Cons: - Phone calls are in right earbud only, was hoping for stereo to make it easier to hear calls while active - Charge cable could be a tad longer, it's only about a foot and hung from a couple of the outlets I charged it on...works perfectly on a laptop or charging station though. I would highly recommend these wireless headphones if you're looking for great sounding, comfortable headphones that have plenty of features and support calling. They stay in place when active and have multiple sizing options to fit most everyone.

I've had these for a couple weeks now the only complaints I have are the batteries die a bit too fast, and they're not that great for running especially if you sweat a lot like myself.

These wireless headphones did not have the base quality (Deep Bottom) that I thought they would to give it an overall balanced sound to be compatible with the mids and the high's. And the fit is not as comfortable as I thought it would be either considering this is a high end product (BOSE).

I purchased a set of Bose SoundSport wireless earbuds for my wife's Christmas present and they are fantastic. Sound clarity is outstanding as you would expect from Bose. Wish I would have kept them for myself.

Nice wireless earbuds. My ears are still getting used to the silicone piece that sticks in, but other than that. So far so good.

I was hesitant to purchase this item at first because of the size of the ear piece. I even tried other ones before this one. After doing research, im so glad i ended up with these.. Awesome......

Bought this on Apr 2019, Right side ear phone is dead just after a year. I didn't use it much for the 1st year and during pandemic i used it every other day. One fine day around Aug 20, it didn't turn on. Bose can't repair it, they will replace it with another one for $129.99.. I had all bose wired ones.. All are great. This wireless charing Bluetooth headset is not durable.. Lot of complaints in bose community site.

To save you the suspense of reading my whole review for an opinion, my first impression of these are “WOW…these earphones are magical!”. The engineers at Bose somehow managed to get the sound quality exactly or very close to the SoundSport wireless headphones (bluetooth with a wire connecting the 2 earphones) I’ve been using, but without the wire! Setup: These wireless earphones are a pleasure to use they are easy to setup and easy to get into the ear into the right position for great sound. Simply insert into your ear and twist, the oval shape of the rubber piece wedges itself securely into your ear. These come with 3 sets of rubber inserts, small medium and large. Medium is installed when it arrives. They’re pretty snug and never felt like they would fall out. Whether I was walking cross town or running on a treadmill, these hung on comfortably. Battery life: The case that the earphones are stored in also provides a charge. With a full charge, the earphones can last up to 5 hours, this seemed accurate in my tests. The case can charge the earphones fully 2 times, an additional 10 hours of use. Alternatively, a 15 minute charge in the case provides 45 minutes of use. On the case itself, there are 5 LED’s to let you know how much battery is left in the case. Performance: I put these water resistant earphones to the test at the gym, during my commute to and from NYC and in the office. Like other Bose bluetooth products, these connected easily to my phone and other devices. The button on the left earphone allows you to switch devices your connected to. The buttons on the right are very intuitive, volume increase and decrease, there’s a multifunction button in the middle that allows you to control music, press once to start/stop music, 2 quick presses to skip songs and hold down for 2 seconds to assess Siri or other AI. There is no “off” button. They turn off when placed in the charging case or if you set the down for several minutes. As I said earlier, I found the sound quality to very good, very good low and mid levels and loud enough to drown out most of the ambient noise on my bus commute. If I were to give it a sound rating on a scale of 1-10, I would say these are 8. For comparison purposes, I'd say the standard apple headphones that came with my phone are a 4. The Bose Connect app has a Find my location” function in case you misplace your earphones. It’ll show you in the map where your earphones were last detected and can play a loud chime to help you find it. This is useful only if you misplaced somewhere in the house or apartment, not if they’re stolen. Don’t get this confused with “find iPhone’ feature. Overall, I love these headphones, they sound great for music, games, Netflix videos etc. Now that I’ve tried both wired and wireless headphones, wireless is really nice, but occasionally it is more convenient to have a wire. For example, when you want to dangle 1 earbud off your ear to order coffee or to speak to someone. With the wirelss, you would have to take it off and hold them in your hand or pocket and hope not to lose it. If you’re in the market for a pair of wireless headphones, these should be the first ones you check out! Pros: - voice prompts letting you know status of connectivity and battery life - Excellent sound quality, especially for a wireless earbud Cons: - Occasionally, after prolonged use, >2 hours, I found my ear ached a bit. I think this is due to the pressure that the rubber inserts puts on your ear in order to stay lodged in. I noticed it more when I first started using these, but it seemed to go away after I got used to It. - When using the headphones to speak on the phone, only the right one has sound coming from it.

This is my second pair .. it Good for when you walking.. The Best wireless they came out with.. Thanks Bose.. Very easy-to-use
