    I got this for me some time ago and returned because I didn't liked the absence of a power off button, this one is for my son

    I bought them because of the Bose brand prestige, but they are not that good, one earbud sometimes gets disconnected and the buttons are too small and hard to press

    Pretty disappointed in these earbuds. The buttons are super hard, they stick out of your ear a LOT, they weigh, and my BIGGEST issue with these headsets are when receiving a call, it ONLY comes in ONE EAR!

This may explain why you may only hear sound from one headphones whilst receiving a call.     The sound quality on these are top notch. My only complaint is the button controls on them are hard to push which makes it difficult.

    These headphones have decent sound and are comfortable. Where it lacks is in the difficult to use buttons and the horrible call quality that is forced to the right earbud only. You also pay a high price of dignity looking like Frankenstein's Monster wearing these huge bolts that stick out the side of your head.

    They have great sound quality but after about 5 min of being on whether you are on a call or not will disconnect from the phone even when in the app have it set to never go idle. there is no power button so cant just turn on or off without putting back in the huge charging case. there is no button to answer or hang up calls so have to do it through the phone so cant really call it a hands free headset more accurate description would be a semi hands free headset

      It is concerning to learn that you experienced difficulty with your Bluetooth connection. The signal flow of your headphones will go from your connected device to the right earbud, where the signal is processed and then streamed to the left earbud. Due to this, we recommend keeping your device on your right side whenever possible.

      While the SoundSport Free will need to be put in the case to turn off immediately, you can set an "auto-off" timer in the Bose Connect app. This way the headset can turn off automatically when outside of the case. To clarify some information, you can answer and end calls by tapping the multi-function button on the right earbud (between the volume buttons).

    I really enjoy my Bose SoundSportR Free wireless headphones. The sound is awesome and they are very comfortable. The only downside I have is the volume buttons are hard to push.

    I bought these after a bad try with another product. Easy set up, and amazing sound quality from such a small wireless ear bud. The buttons are a bit tough to press, but that's nothing to really complain about with what I use them for.

    I love these headphones. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the middle button ( pause, skip song or back a song), is rather difficult to depress. Otherwise, sound is great!

    Has the connectivity issues, plus its too bulky to keep in your ear. On top of that the the buttons are so hard to press it takes out the whole thing outta your ear. Sound quality is good but noise cancalation is not working as good as other bose products.

    These Bose headphones are soft and fit comfortably in the ear. The sound is astronomical. The only complaint I have is the volume control buttons are hard to locate. I haven't had them that long and I'm thinking I'll get used to using them

    The Bose SoundSport are good headphones. Sound is awesome and was very easy to pair. The only issue I have are the buttons. very hard to push.

    I have been a long time fan of Bose but I was not too impressed with these. They sound pretty good but they are clunky and make you look like shrek. Also, they do not seal out sounds very well and the control buttons are super hard to press making them virtually unusable. Save your money and look for a different model

    Pros: These earbuds give awesome sound that drowns out outside noise. Easy to connect and easy to use. Charge lasts a good amount of time. Downside: they stick out a bit and the volume control buttons Re stiff

    The buttons on the side are too small to use and too hard some reviews say they get softer with use not my case I returned the within a week. Second complain the phone calls are not in stereo meaning you can only hear in the right ear why not buy a blue tooth right? My Bose wired are stereo and I love them. Third and final complain when your on a phone call the headphones interrupt the phone call and says the whole number out if their not in your contacts a no no for me how disrespectful to interrupt my phone call.
