    Loss connection in left ear all the time

    I bought the headphone because I thought "They are Bose! Must be quality." Unfortunately, the left headphone would always fade in and out like wired headphones with a short. It was VERY frustrating. This started within 12 hours of purchasing the headphones. Yes, I made sure they were charged 100%. Yes, I updated the software on my iPhone. I tried everything imaginable to make these worked because I really liked them and the sound quality was great. It just didn't work in both ears.

The signal flow from your headphones will go from your connected device to the right earbud, where the signal is processed and then streamed to the left earbud. Due to this, it is important that you avoid any added interference from objects such as routers or heavy clothing.     Left earbud keeps cutting out

    I have the SoundSport Wired version , but I wanted to go truly wireless for working out, so I figured that the free version would be pretty much the same. They are in terms of sound, but as numerous people have mentioned. The left earbud constantly cuts out, and yes, I did a firmware update. I went for a walk using the earbuds with my Pixel 2 XL and it kept dropping out. It was so frustrating, I ended up returning it that day.

    One fatal flaw

    WARNING: There is a permanent, unfixable audio delay for these earbuds. Listening to music is fine, but watching videos is painful. The delay between the sounds I am hearing vs. what I am seeing on the video is unacceptable for a $200 product. If you intend to NEVER watch videos, these earbuds are actually amazing. They sound good and are comfortable. But watching videos is painful, and I will be returning these immediately.

    Just not worth the price

    So I purchased the Bose earbuds after Black Friday when one of the reps told me they were probably the best earpieces in the store. I will admit that the sound quality is pretty good, but as someone that travels often, I find it hard to believe that these things hold up in the gym when they won't even stay in my ears when I'm on the plane or sitting down in the office. Definitely going to take them back while there is still time. Just a disappointment, especially at this price point.

    Worst Earbuds EVER!

    I'm currently on my 15th pair. I keep returning them under warranty and Bose keeps sending me new ones. Problem is that not one pair has been able to stay connected between the two earbuds. If I'm not sitting in my Living Room using them they will never connect and stay that way for an entire song. So as far as using them on a run, bike, walk or at the gym, they are totally useless. Would not recommend to anyone.

    These do not work well with computers

    If you only want to connect to a phone (android or apple) for "sport", then you are probably okay but if you want to connect to a computer, do not buy these headphones. Bose, has officially said that they were not meant for use with a computer and have no intentions of fixing ("because they are not broken") the connectivity issues that many are having with connecting these headphones to their devices. So just be aware if you are purchasing these.

    These are drastically disappointing headphones!!! For the price they should work much better and be far more user friendly, there is a Master headphone which doesn’t allow the other to be used independently which is absolutely unacceptable for a product like this!!! I will be returning these to the store the first chance I get!! These are useless and should not be purchased by anybody until the manufacturer fixes this!

    Don't expect to get the firmware updated via the app. Unit came with 1.3.7, constantly crackling, popping and disconnecting. They would be returned had I not been on vacation and not wanting to take the time to return them. Guess I'll try updating with a computer when I get back. So in a nutshell don't buy these unless you plan on having a computer and a couple hours to make them work. Major letdown.

    Worst connection ever!!

    The sound: great, the size: great, case and charger: great! But the connection keeps falling every 2 seconds!!! This throws away every good aspect of the product! Is so frustrating using them! I didn't bought the Airpods or the Sony's because I use a lot of Bose products but this one (and it's not the best price, not even in sale) is the worst ever!!! I rather return this and get the Sony's don't waste your money!!

    Poor communication with phone

    I have several wireless headsets including the Bose Quietcontrol and Bose SoundSport. These are the only pair I have that have trouble connecting and staying connected with the device. It seems like they have trouble staying connected with each other as well as I sometimes hear music in one ear but not the other. Very inconsistent performance, unusual for Bose product. Avoid these in favor of the other wireless Bose products

    Can't use to watch videos in stereo mode!

    During the workout this is perfect; however, if you want to watch movies or videos, this is useless. There is 1 second time lag between video and the sound. I experienced this time lag with the MacBook, iPhone, windows laptop, and iPad. Installed 2018 latest Firmware, but didn't fix the issue. For $200 and 2017 Sept released product, this is garbage. What happened to you BOSE? Going to return this.

    3rd time wasn’t a charm

    Hand to get 3 different sets of these headphones. The left earbud kept losing connection. Went through Bose trouble shooting but had no luck with each pair. It was absolutely exhausting trying to make these work. Eventually I gave up and went to the brand I had previously (JBL). Since then I have had no issues.

    I Bought one pair and thought they were bad so I returned and got another but they worked with my phone great! But then when I would connect to my laptop they would require you to clear the headphones every time you had to reconnect otherwise only the right ear would work... So best buy just finally refunded my money after they couldn't figured it out and I switched to a different brand..

    Failed Product from Bose

    Hugh Bose Fan but when I purchased these, I was hoping the update fixed the voice sync issue when watching a movie. Other than that, music is awesome and they stay put when working out. I ended up returning them. The bluetooth syncing issue is NOT normal as I have other Bose bluetooth headphones with no issues what so ever. This product is a big fail to those that also use these to watch movies.

    I would have rated these 5 stars because they sound amazing! But there is a terrible audio/video delay in apps like YouTube while using with my iPhone XS Max. Be warned. If you plan to use these to watch a lot of video, your results will disappoint. And yes I do have the latest firmware.

    I could not get them to pair to my Android phone or my mp3 player. Checked the problem out and found that it was an ongoing problem and Bose seemed to be ignoring the posts about it. Returned them and bought the Jabra Elite. These work perfectly. Bose dropped the ball on this one.

    Had high hopes for this product but instead was met with another garbage Bose product trying to keep up with the times and not ready for release. These headphones actually look dumb hanging outside the ear almost like a growth and never stay connected and actually are too pricey for the amount of sound they actually put out. Save your cash and buy other products that actually work.

    I love Bose products, though this one doesn't seems to be on par with Bose quality standards. Sound quality was good however had problems with left earplug connection, it keeps dropping off when using them outdoors. Tried firmware update, Bose connect nothing worked out. Returned them after a week.

    buds only get sound on one side if being used with anything but the software for ios or android - if paired with bluetooth on macbook/surface you only get one bud that has sound. really bose ? I have the original sound sports and they get both sides. I have run the most recent update to this buds but still only get sound on one side unless using their software via phone or tablet

    Too big and calling is inconvenient

    The earbuds are for convenience. Although, they do the complete opposite. The earbuds only allow you to hear calls with the right earbud only. In addition, the earbuds are too big and walking a little fast makes them bob up and down. They your best to look else where to buy bluetooth headphones.
