If it were not for a couple flaws these may be worth $200. First, if you plan on buying these, update them before you use them with the Bose Connect app. This solves many issues people are having. I came into Best Buy looking to replace my Airpods as they are an original set from almost 2 years ago when the Airpods were released. The batteries are not holding like they used to. These Bose Soundsport Free buds caught my eye and being an owner and adoring my Bose QC 35 over the ear headphones I decided an extra 40 bucks might be worth it. COMFORT - These take some hours to break your ears into them. You need to use a big enough rubber earpiece to maintain a proper seal as that gives you the best sound characteristics. By doing this you will no doubt experience uncomfortable feelings from your ears but it will pass. They are bulky but after hours of use you won't notice them. Not once did I have one fall out. SOUND QUALITY - I will tell you the sound quality is better than my Airpods. This statement only applies if you use the proper rubber insert for your ear as I noticed a big difference and degrading quality with inserts that did not fit as well. The bass on these is fantastic and when I say fantastic I mean it's just enough of that Bose warm bass you are used to without over doing it like Beats tends to. My biggest gripe with these is the sound delay from the source. This makes videos unwatchable. My understanding is only the right bud is paired with your device and the left bud pairs with the right bud so it makes sense the time discrepancy with all of that business happening. However others are doing it with no delay for much less money. I watch a lot of YouTube and this completely shatters your ability to watch videos, the delay is a full second or more... I might recommend these for $100 to $150 but absolutely not at $200. I knocked 2 stars off for the items I mentioned above. I took mine back and exchanged them for another set of Airpods that I use with my iPhone XS Max and Note 9.

So I want to get what In really like about these Bluetooth Earbuds out of the way. The case feels premium and works really well and even fits inside of your pocket so it's travel capability is just fantastic. The earbuds themselves definitely fit inside your ear really well and it does come with adjustable tips to fit your ears. Sound quality is fantastic for the most part and sound on par with what I would expect at this price range. The noise cancellation is very good though I suspect that it is not active and is just a very good passive noise cancellation. Well I've got quite a bit that I didn't care for with the earbuds though a lot of it can be worked out. For one the pairing process was....mediocre. I can't quite tell if the pairing process was more adapted towards an iPhone, but with my Google Pixel the process took several minutes and attempts and the startup guide that it comes with just tells you to follow the on-screen prompts which didn't work several times. Eventually it just decided to work when it wasn't even supposed to have been finished, and I decided whatever and started using them. Initial experience was very positive sound was good, loud, and balanced. The in-ear controls were difficult for me to get to so I could never use these for a workout which I feel like really is one of the bigger points of these style of completely wireless Bluetooth Earbuds. Then the big thing that infuriated me happened, it started dropping audio at first I just wrote it off and turned them off and started it back up, but it kept happening. Not consistently, but often enough that it really took away from my experience. For something that is priced to be a premium version of Apple AirPods I expect an experience that would expand on what the concept can do, and I just don't see it in Bose's product. It's definitely still good, but it sure is disappointing.

These are some of the most unique headphones I have ever used. That being said, they are targeting a specific group of people in their current stage. I would not recommend these to anyone using them for casual wear when trying to use the connected device with them. There is a massive 1-2 second delay from audio/video synchronization. However, these headphones have amazing sound quality. When working out (running, cardio, weightlifting, etc.) they produce incredible sound quality to keep you determined and focused on the workout. The headphones are extremely light and often I forget I have them in. There are some few crucial parts about these headphones that draw back from their full potential-- 1. Left headphone connectivity: Sometimes when listening to music, the left headphone will disconnect and not reconnect. I have learned to resolve this issue is to replace the headphone back in the case to reset connection. After a few attempts of this, the headphone no longer lost connection. 2. Audio/Video Synchronization: This is the biggest drawback of these headphones. Although Bose stated they released an update to correct this, it has not fixed the issue at all. Watching a video with these headphones is near impossible because of the delay. I use my headphones for everything such as working out, watching videos, and taking calls. If you are not intending to use these headphones for videos, then these are the headphones for you! 3. Taking calls: This is not a major issue, however, when receiving calls on these headphones, audio will only come from the right headphone and not the left. Besides these few issues, the headphones are phenomenal. If these cons can be fixed, these would be a slam dunk for Bose. Amazing quality and comfort for the price. The battery life is outstanding as well. with the case, they last me throughout the week averaging 2-3 hours of use per day. If you are a training athlete, go to the gym, or like to listen to music when studying then get these headphones! you won't regret it.

These ear buds could be so perfect if Bose didn't mess things up! First off, form and fit on these are amazing. I tried the Jabra Elite Active 65t and found these to be superior in these areas. I love the portable carrying / charging case, very slick and functional. I loved the sound these produced and thought they looked great while being worn. Where Bose went horribly wrong with these is with regard to the phone call functionality. You are UNABLE to hear the conversation in both ears, just the right one. When you read forums where people ask about this, Bose says it is a "feature" and essentially you should be happy about it. I have used the Soundsport ear buds for several years now and they have always had audio in both ears for phone calls. I love this because I don't hear as well as I used to and it helps in noisy environments. I tried to love these despite this issue and just couldn't give in. A minor complaint was YouTube video and audio was not in sync but no issues with Netflix. Another small gripe is with all true wireless headphones. The lack of a cable that connects them means you can't sling these across the back of your neck when not in use. When you take them off you need to do something with them, which means putting them in their carrying case or your pocket. Not very convenient when you get a phone call and you need to get them out of their case. Bose could set a new standard by adding a removable tether to their next model. Get the best of both worlds when you want! Exercise with true wireless but walk around the office with them hanging around your neck if you like. Unfortunately, it's back to the Soundsport model for me.

      Hey Bradley,

Thanks for taking the time to provide your review of the SoundSport Free wireless headphones. We're happy to hear that you're enjoying the fit and sound quality. It's unfortunate to see that they did not quite live up to your expectations. The headphones were designed for single earbud usage while on phone calls due to the limitations of the Truly Wireless technology where the Hands-Free profile is unable to send call audio to the other earbud. We appreciate feedback here, and if there is anything else we can help you with, please do not hesitate to reach out to us on our Community: https://bose.life/2LXQA9c

I bought these after several weeks of research. I was intent on finding the right set of wireless earbuds at the right price and when I saw these were on sale, I decided to grab a pair. The reviews - both customer and professional - seemed great. I've had them for one night and I plan on returning them when the nearest store opens in the morning. The reason? Audio delay when watching videos. I'll start by saying I was aware of the delay when purchasing these earbuds. However, the Bose site stated the delay had been fixed in a firmware update. Well, I updated the firmware and the delay still exists. For music, these are good. 6/10. Not great, but good enough considering the whole package. Is the sound quality $200 good? Debatable. But, considering they are truly wireless IPX4 earbuds, the sound quality is acceptable. That being said, for $200 there should be zero issues out of the box and certainly not something like audio delay when watching videos. I bought these to replace a $39 set of wireless earbuds that were gifted to me. That set had zero audio delay when watching videos and the sound quality wasn't too far off from what these Bose earbuds sound like. But, alas, being $39 earbuds, they gave out after a few months use. I don't care which way Bose spins it (on their forums Bose states they focused on making workout earbuds and not video watching earbuds. Lol wut?) No high-end brand should suffer from a problem so basic. This is my first and likely my last purchase of a Bose product. This is also the harshest review I've given any product, ever. I gave the product 3 stars because it connected with no issues, stayed connected during use, and because the sound quality is acceptable when listening to music. Bose lost stars for stating the problem with audio lag was fixed (it's not) and for sounding only marginally better than a cheap pair of $39 no-name wireless earbuds.

Function: Sound: typical Bose standard, not much complaint here, it's loud enough but still leaves room for ambiance noise. When I'm in the gym I can still hear some of the background music. I wouldn’t wear them while biking outside tho, since they are big and stick out quit a lot, the wind blowing on them creates a much louder noise that kills the experience. Ergonomics: they stay securely in my ears because of the ear hooks, which is the main reason I chose them over AirPods. They are comfortable enough to stay inside for at least an hour. But the earbuds are sticking out so much (again) I wouldn’t wear them when putting on or taking off clothes. Sometimes when I use a towel to wipe of sweat I accidentally knock them out. Connectivity: To iPhone: it’s easy to connect, Bose App is helpful, but there are times when the earbuds are connected and sounds are coming through but the App says it’s not connected. To Multiple Devices: not an option Video Latency: 2 seconds lag for youtube, slightly less for Netflix and other web based videos (reddit) Battery: Battery life has been good, I typically spend at most 2 hours in one gym session, and when fully charged it goes to 50%ish when I’m leaving the gym. Case provides roughly two charges. However, recently when I’m taking my earbuds out of the case, the ear buds only have 60% battery left, even after (i) leaving earbuds in the case (case has enough battery) for a full night; (ii) leaving both case and earbuds charging for hours till case reaches full battery level. Price: Quite expensive! This is $100 more expensive than Apple's AirPods, I am thinking of returning this product and get AirPods to have a fair comparison.

Hi, Thanks for the review. In reference to the video lag, Our engineers have identified the cause of this issue, and are currently working on a software update that will be made available to customers by mid-December. This update will substantially improve audio-video synchronization for those using Bluetooth devices that fully support Audio Video Distribution Transport Protocol (AVDTP) version 1.3 or later. We have confirmed Apple iPhones and iPads use this protocol and we are currently evaluating other popular Bluetooth devices.

We’ll provide an update to you as soon as it’s ready. You may follow us on Twitter via @BoseService for updates.

We're concerned to hear about the other issues you have described, and we'd like to help! Please give us a call at 1-800-379-2073. We are open Mon. – Fri., 9 AM – 8 PM EST. We look forward to hearing from you! Bose

I had a $35 in reward and 10% off coupon So, I decided to buy a pair of bose Sound Sports free which was already on sale for $169.99, I immediately opened it and made a call, I thought I had a defective piece as I can only hear from the right sound piece. I did so research and found that that's part of the design. The right earbud is a master and left one is the slave. So, calls are only handled by right ear bud. However, if you stream music a lot then you can not go wrong with Bose. It pretty much live up to the reputation. I use it a lot for audible and making calls so, I decided to exchange it for a Jabra Elite 65T, and I was more disappointed with it than Bose. It was uncomfortable, loose in the ear and sound quality will not even come close to Bose. So, despite having love hate relationship, I exchanged it again for pair of Bose and decided I am going to keep it. It is extremely comfortable in the ear and I don't mind parking it on my ear rather than keeping it in the charging case. I also noticed that, I don't have sound sync issue with any other video but for YouTube, it has little bit of lag which is kind of irritating. So, my ratings are Sound : 10/10 Comfort: 9/10 Technology: 4/10 (vs. competitor: Airpod & Jabra) App: 7/10 Video streaming: 6/10 (Youtube lag issue ) Phone call: 1/10 Hope they do a firmware update soon to fix these issue, I really would like love my Bose but I have a love hate relationship going on.

I bought these after using Beats wireless 2's for years. I gym daily, sweat daily and sauna a lot. My Beat 2's never let me know in terms of battery and handling the sweat and heat. When mine finally got to falling apart, I saw these and bought the Bose. I love not having a cord, and I love the charging case and the audio quality has great bass and sounds good (for Bose). However, some major issues that are deal breakers for me.... They shut off over 100 deg (Bose states 122, but that is not right, everyone is having issues on the Bose forums). My Beats NEVER shut off. Also they have firmware battery issues, where they will be fully charged but say 90 percent when you put them in your ear. Audio is still only outputted on one side for phone calls and they randomly shut off or disconnect and then reconnect. To use the App (which is great for firmware updates and integrates with your music player) you HAVE to have GPS on or the app will not even open, which is rediculous. If you need to track the buds, then sure, when you go to the tracking feature, enable GPS, but just to use the app, that is rediculous. They have the potential to be amazing buds, but they need to get these issues fixed, and they are easy issues to fix. I have been a sr. technical product manager forever, and it shows they do not even use the products themselves in real life situations to understand these, or they just don't care.

      Hi, Travman.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your SoundSport Free wireless headphones. We're glad to hear you're enjoying their audio quality, truly wireless design, and portable charging case.

When taking phone calls with the SoundSport Free, audio will play exclusively from the right earbud. We made this conscious decision in order to avoid a possible delay that could occur when streaming live audio with Truly Wireless Stereo.

We definitely understand your frustration with the earphones turning off in warmer environments. You are correct that the SoundSport Free has a recommended operating temperature of 5 °F to 122 °F. We would recommend contacting our support team in cases where your headphones turn off within this range. They are available at 1-800-367-4008, M-F 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern.

We hope you have a great New Year.

    Missed The Mark

This was my third wireless earbud I tried out. Unfortunately Bose really missed the mark on these. These don't filter out any background noises. When using them on chats and phone calls the people on the other end can hear everything in the background making them impossible to use for anything except listening to music. As someone who wanted something versatile to be able to listen to music, take phone calls and use them on things like Face time, Ventrilo, Discord, Skype and such they become worthless. Another issue is the fact that only the right ear takes calls/skype so in other words you can't use the L one while the R one charges up, you are basically stuck using both and charging both at the same time. Sound quality? What I have come to expect from Bose the sound far surpasses competitors like Gear IconX 2018, Beats Powerbeats3 HOWEVER; there is little sound quality difference when compared to Apple AirPods. Apple hit the mark on the sound quality accompanied by the excellent background noise cancellation and icing on the cake is they are $100 less than Bose. If Bose had worked harder on making these better equipped for talking I would have chosen these over the AirPods for the very slight sound quality but moreso for the fact that they have the ear grabbing support that makes one confident that they won't fall out, something AirPods lacks unless purchased aftermarket. I think if Bose goes back to the drawing board for the background/noise cancelling I would be interested in trying them out.

Great sound, but POOR for video

    Posted
    Hylobates

Sound quality and bass are excellent. They are comfortable in the ear, and the stayhere + sport tips really are stable. They are great for listening to music. They still have a rather significant problem when playing video. There is a severe lag between video and audio in many (but not all) cases. This apparently has been a problem for months, and Bose recently (12/7/17) issued a firmware update to try to fix it. The fix worked only partially. I can play video on my iPhone using Safari, Music, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. I can't use it for YouTube. It has the same lag when I pair it with a bluetooth transmitter attached to my TV. I really wanted to use them with my TV, so I ordered a new bluetooth transmitter with APTX - I don't know if it will work or not - Bose has said that the firmware update will work with devices (and apps) that follow the AVDTP protocol. But, APTX is supposed to help with latency. It was only $22, so here's hoping. Bottom line, if you are using them for music only, I would recommend them highly. They sound great and the tips isolate sound much better than Airpods. If you want to use them for video, this is not a good choice. Bose claims that the lag results because the bluetooth is received by the right but, and then it is re-transmitted to the left. They claim that a certain amount of lag is inevitable. Their engineers apparently have never put on a pair of Airpods, which somehow manage to each receive BT signal.

      Hello Hylobates,

Thanks for your review of the SoundSport Free. We are delighted to hear you have enjoyed the sound quality and fitting. We understand you are still noticing a lag in your videos. We do not support the use of Bluetooth transmitters with our wireless headsets as they have the tendency to produce latency. Audio-video may also vary depending on the mobile app being viewed (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) We encourage you to use the most recent software for your mobile apps.

We appreciate the honesty in your feedback as it will help make our products better! Thanks again for your interest in our Bose products.

The sound quality is great. Delivers a great range of high tones to mid tones. The build quality of the earbuds themselves are outstanding but the case is not as much good. The earbuds are kind of bulky compared to other brands but does not cause any problem other than their appereance. The biggest and only problem which caused me to return it is the sound sync delay it has (about 1 to 2 secs). I updated the firmware too but the problem did not resolve. I didn't notice this while I was listening to music with it. However when I started to watch movies with it, I noticed this. To make sure, I used an instrument simulator app to create instant sounds and observed the delay. I used the same app with my phone speaker and I didn't experience any delays. I thought the problem is only with my phone. But when I tried the earbuds with my macbook, I experienced the same delay. As the last word, the earbuds are great for listening to music. But if you want a multi purpose device, then maybe you should get another device.

I really wanted to like these true wireless headphones from Bose. I tried these, the Jabra Elite 65t and the Jaybird Run Free. Far and away, the Bose sounded better (to me) than any of them. Wasn't even close. But when I used the Bose in the gym, running on a treadmill, the right earbud would always feel like it was falling out. The left earbud, no problem. This may not be a problem for you though as all ears are different. If these fit you, you may be okay. I almost kept them though because when I wore them in my office, they were perfect. No slippage. Phone calls sounded great and the people on the conference calls I was on said I sounded great. The problem I had was that the left headphone would constantly lose it's connection with the right one. Even when the phone was only 2 feet away from the headphones, the left ear bud would drop out. I tried two differennt sets of the headphones and they both had this problem. If you don't experience the fit issue or the dropped connection issue, these will be some of the best headphones you'll have. I'll recommend that you try them, but your mileage may vary. Just try to put them through their paces within the return period.

      Hello Mdotdub,

Thank you for providing your review of the SoundSport Free wireless headphones. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the sound quality. We understand however that you had some trouble with the connectivity and fit. Many times an audio drop out can occur when there is interference between the source device and headphones. Please check for nearby sources of interference or you can also try re-pairing the devices.

The StayHear+ Sport tip lets the earbud rest comfortably and securely in your ear.

The tip wing fits just under your ear ridge.
      1. Insert the earbud so the StayHear+ Sport tip gently rests in the opening of the
      ear canal.

      2. Tilt the earbud back and tuck the tip wing under the ear ridge until it is secure.

I had these for about three weeks until I had no choice but to return them. I stand by bose (I’ve boughten two of their Wired headphones in the past because I loved them so much!) but these unfortunately didn’t do it for me. Don’t get me wrong- the sound quality is great however, some cons ... -they stick out way too far of the war (very noticeble and bulky) -a tad heavy on the ears so they often fell out for me (so I feared I would lose them !) -audio lagged a little when paired wirh my iPhone 8+ Some pros -amazing sound quality -changing case/headphones themselves hold more charge than some of their competitors -app was smooth and easy to use -I loved the case they came in I attempted to get the newer version of the Bose wireless headphones (the white truesonds) only to discover rhat those headphones ONLY play the ten present noises preset on the headphones -not worth the $250 In my opinion. I had no choice but to switch to A very close competitor just due to the fact rhat Bose really did not reach my standards this time :/ reallt wanted to like these !!

I wish I could give these a 5 star rating. It’s juat that I returned my SoundSport Wireless in order to get these truly wireless ones. I have had these SoundSport Free buds for about 4 days now. Pros: super duper good sound quality. 80% better sounds than the Dre. Beats earbuds!. You can watch videos with these, audio visual syncing has been fixed. Cons: Connecticity. It’s sad to feel like taking these for a spin is a risk. I tried running with my woolen hat over my ears and the connection between the 2 buds went in and out. I took my hat off in cold morning air it went back to more stable. But more stable meant turning my head to one side would cut the connection for a second. It felt like running with eggs on your head and trying to maintain a delicate balance. I would like to return these but I’m torn. What other options sound as good as these guys? Sadly I would not yet recommend these to a friend. Aaaaaaah, they sound so good though! I can’t wait for generation 2, and am considering returning these and waiting it out. Aaaaaaaaaah!

Pro's: 1) Fit is exceptional. Comfortable. Snug. 3 tips available for sizing. Ran on two trail runs with considerable jarring, and earbuds stayed secure the entire time. For me, fit tops AirPods. 2) Sound, including solid base, is exceptional. Tops AirPods. 3) Battery life was as advertised. 4) Love the ability to control volume up/down and be able to pause, fast forward and reverse. Great feature which is unavailable with AirPods without Siri. Con's: 1) Blue tooth can be finicky in connection, esp if you are using the buds with multiple devices. 2) During runs, left earbud would intermittently go out. 3) The deal breaker was the latency between video and audio - video and audio are not in sync. Particularly bad on TV. Poor on Youtube videos. 4) These earbuds are larger than most and do protrude from your ears. 5) Storage and charging case can fit in your pocket, but large when compared to the AirPods. Design ok but a bit bulky. Bottom line, I wanted to love these earbuds given the fit, the exceptional sound and the on-device controls but they aren't ready for showtime and certainly not at a $250+ price point.

      Hello DKCanada!

Thank you for the great review of your SoundSport Free. We're happy to hear you have enjoyed the sound quality and fitting. We understand that you experienced an issue with audio and video latency.

Just to let you know, our engineers have identified the cause for this issue, and are currently working on a software update that will be made available to customers by mid-December.

We appreciate your feedback. It helps make our products better! Bose

First off, the sound on these is great as you would expect. Several issues that Bose needs to address. One, the units are just too massive. I get that they want the controls easily accessible, they are but way too hard to press, but these things stick out of your ears so far it looks like your growing mushrooms. Second, the removable ear pieces are not comfortable. The wing that secures it in your ear is too flimsy and it feels as if these mushrooms are bouncing around on your ear. The part that goes into your ear canal isn't your typical bud. It's like a flimsy cone that actually pulls at your ear canal skin and doesn't provide a good seal. Third, Bluetooth connection is abysmal. I get interference quite often outside and once that happens the music just keeps breaking up even after the interference is gone and I have to disconnect and and reconnect the buds. Look elsewhere unless you want frustration and fatigued ears.

Great headphones but lags when playing videos

These headphones are great for listening to music and going to the gym but not so good for watching videos. While watching video's there is a very annoying lag. Also when making or receiving a phone call only the right hand headphone gives audio... very annoying as well. I have Apple AirPods and they work great for everything even while at the gym and bought these pair of headphones because I am a Bose fan that has several wired Bose headphones that work great. I thought these would be better then their wired headphones but it does not come close. Besides these issues the headphones have great crisp sound. I will be returning these headphones as they do not come close to Bose wired headphones or apple AirPods. I was expecting so much more for $250 headphones especially from a Bose product. Even after the update there is still Iag. I am disappointed and will not recommend these headphones to anyone unless it was $100 cheaper and they were not watching video's.

      Hello Manny,

Thanks for the review of your SoundSport Free headphones. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the sound quality. We also appreciate your feedback here and understand that you were still experiencing some latency with audio-video synchronization. The update will benefit users with Bluetooth AVDTP Protocol version 1.3 or later. As far as the communication aspect of your headset, the SoundSport Free were designed for single earbud usage while on phone calls. We understand that you will be returning the headset. Almost Perfect

Almost perfect These headphones are incredible and yet have a few shortcomings that stop them from achieving perfection. Rather than bore you with long drawn out explanations about the sound which of course is tuned to the same bass filled curve Bose is known for. I want to focus on the products pros and cons: Pros: great build quality (mostly plastic) Great bass response Good Audio quality Nice mid and high levels but no superb Quick connection to most Bluetooth devices Comparable battery life to similar products Buttons have great firm response Few cutoffs Cons Huge case to carry buds Can’t be used independently only right ear in my testing No w1 chip seems to be constantly charging since case dies out after a few days Protrude from ear drums Can’t share a earphone as you would an AirPod No noise cancellation features Updates take forever (about an hour) Bose Application fails to recognize earbuds on occasion Issues aside this product offers superior sound to most products since it’s able to fill up the ear cavity with quality sound. Definitely geared toward the athlete not the casual user.

Great product but has some issues still

As usual, these Bose headphones provide excellent sound quality. I am never disappointed by that! However, there are some kinks in this product that still need to get worked out. The sound in the left bud would sometimes go in and out during use. I was pleasantly surprised to have the buds easily stay in during workouts and running, etc. I was not worried about them falling out at all. The only other thing about these is that when I went to the gym, for example, I felt like I couldn't take them out without fear of losing one so if someone I knew came up to chat, I would take one out and hold on to it as opposed to hanging it around my neck. That may just be a personal preference. I love that it has an app associated with it and the "find my buds" feature is great! Bose is one of my favorite tech brands because I think their sound quality is great but this product isn't quite up to par with the rest of their products. However, I do believe that it is probably the best on the market right now and if some small adjustments were made, it would improve the product greatly.

Major issues present despite great sound quality

    1. Sound quality: Absolutely love it. I tried several wireless earphones from different companies like Beats by Dr. Dre, Jaybird, and the previous Bose Soundsport earphone. I hated the sound quality coming out of those earphones as it rather lacks deep base and out of balance. This headset is not. I was amazed by how advanced the current wireless earphone technologies is at. To be honest, this is still not on par with wired earphones regarding sound quality, but it is not up to the level that you cannot accept. 2. Connectivity: This is the most significant issue now. It occasionally drops the connectivity between the left and right earbuds without apparent reason. This is extremely annoying as you imagine. It does not matter how good the sound quality is if you cannot reliably listen to music. I am continually monitoring this issue, and if they cannot fix it within the next 30 days, I have no choice but to return this earphone.
