I love the case and the earbuds fit well with the normal size ear pads. Great Bose sound, not as much bass as other Bose headphones I own. Microphone works great for calls, I use these headphones for teleconferencing. Great price!I would recommend!

What can I can. It’s a Bose product and therefore anything less would be unacceptable.

Purchased as a gift for my parents. I own a set for myself and liked them so much I got them one. Sound is not audiophile quality but it's a good balance between build quality and sound. Highly recommend.

My son has used these for years and loves them. Best sound for the money when they go on sale. He's bought 3 pair because he lost or broke the other two. Stuff happens in 5 years of use!

I am an avid runner and tried switching things up when I accidentally washed my Power Beats. Sound is great, but they did not conform to my ear well and kept bouncing out while running, otherwise, a great in ear device.

The sound quality, as well as the telephone usage was spot on perfect ! I have very small ears and sadly they didn't fit as well as I would have liked, but they are perfect in every other way. 5 stars :)

These were very nice earbuds with a quality sound. I have a hard time keeping ear buds in my ears and these were no exception. I tried all three sizes and none when stay in when any stress was placed on the cord. I'm sure they would be fine for someone else.

After an 8 hour work day, my ear becomes a little sore/uncomfortable due to the ear piece design.

These headphones are great , took em snowboarding and to the gym and they come into a lot of contact with sweat and snow and they haven't failed me. The wire connecting to the phone is a bit fragile though so treat it carefully, if it was more durable I'd give it 5 stars

I have Q25, Q20 SoundTrue headphones. All very expensive to damage.Because of Best Buy's insurance options, owning headphones much easier for me. Great sound for this headphones.Quality Product.

I purchased these as a gift for my mom. I tested them out after Christmas, they are very high quality and will be replacing her BEATS headphones. Let's see how they old up over the next few years!

At first I couldn’t get the right fit, the design was different. Knowing the correct fit matters. Got the right fit. They sound so good for the price. Not big on base though.

I have always been a big fan of bose. I bought these for my wife and fell in love with them. The sound quality is phenomenal.

Great sound, call quality and reliability. Perfect for workouts and business travel. Only downside is that they don't isolate noise well, but that's a benefit if you want to hear traffic coming while running.

Was looking for something that wouldn’t interfere with my workout. The apple ear buds that come with phone keep slipping off. Through sweat and toil these babies stay on. Thumbs up.

I have purchased a few of these. I did add on the extra Best Buy coverage this time so I could replace these with ease as they seem to get "crackly" after a few months of daily use, this is why I only gave it 4 stars. So it feels like I replace it often. I really like the case, it is water resistant to an extent because I accidentally started my washer with my headphones in the case inside my shorts pocket. I remembered minutes after and found the case wet but the headphones dry; I doubt that would have happened if I found them after a full wash (you can see why I need the extra coverage) They work great for answering the phone and playing music. I love the inner ear shape and that they have different sizes for different ears.

I bought these for my nephew who is a teenager. They were perfect. He wasn't quite ready for wireless, but appreciates good music, so these headphones were the best of both worlds.
