They wanted to charge me almost the same cost to fix them than to get a new pair. These headphones have excellent quality. My only beef with them is they WILL NOT stay in my ear. I understand there are 3 different sizes and I have tried all 3. It is so frustrating

They claim to be Sweat and Weather Resistant. But, after hard workouts the microphone often will stop working. Buy the Geek Squad Protection Plan and you can replace them if there is a problem.

They sound great but are not noise isolating so I don't hear myself or bumping when I walk. The fit is all day comfortable and the sound is absolutely Bose quality.
