Perhaps I'm not inserting then in my ears correctly; although, I've watched the video at least 5 times, but I do not feel they are snug Ike my Yurbuds were. Sound quality would be better if they fit better.

They don't "seal" close enough to get the great sound being produced. I even purchased extra tips, to try to get a better fit but they don't seem to help well, either. So, even with great technology, the results are lost.

I guess the headphone portion works, hence I gave them two stars. When I listen to music or am talking to someone the sound is ok, but everyone complains when I am talking to them. They hear a lot of background noise. This doesn't seem to be an issue with the ones for iPhones. Everyone complains that it sounds like I'm in a box and they can't understand me. I thought it was the headphones at first so I exchanged them. That didn't work. And since I upgraded my phone from the S3 to the S5 I had the same issue.
