I tried 2 pairs, the first started cutting out because of a bad connection at the plug after a few hours of use. The second had the same problem out of the box. Might have been poor luck but 2 failed pairs in roughly 24 hours is not what I expected from the Bose name.

The silicone/rubber "wings" do a good job at keeping these buds in my ear while i'm moving around. The in-line controls are a welcome feature as well, and make using this pair even more convenient.

Unfortunately, after about a year of use, the button controls stopped working. That was no problem with the warranty I purchased with these headphones from Best Buy. It was hassle free to exchange the headphones for another pair, and I wouldn't buy a different type of headphone after using these.
