BOSE should invest some of the money from their expensive headsets to come up with a better method to keep the earplugs in the ears and not draped around my neck.

      Hello, Victor.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your SoundSport Pulse wireless headphones. We're sorry to hear you've experienced difficulty with the fit of the SoundSport's earbuds. We would first recommend trying all three sizes of the included StayHear+ Pulse eartips. Medium will be installed when you first open the box, and there is also a small and large set in the package.

For further assistance in finding the best fit, please refer to this article: https://bose.life/2odkZlu. We appreciate your feedback. Have a great day!

For my money, however, the increased size and cost isn't justified. I prefer the same product w/o the Heart Rate Sensor.

These have pretty good sound and the fitment is nice for my ears. I use these at the gym which is why I opted for the pulse. The pulse is hit and miss seems to be better recently but I wouldn't recommend these for that purpose. The really disappointing thing is the build quality for the cost of these headphones. Maybe a month in the wire cover on one side fell off and shortly after the other side came off. Now the rubber cover on the volume switch is coming off. Definitely not worth the money!!

The Bose Soundsport Pulse offers decent sound quality but its heart rate monitoring feature is unreliable and finicky. Ear buds are larger than other sport headphones and I found them fairly secure but can get loose if sweat enters your ear. Cable does a commendable job minimizing microphonic but the buttons feel cheap given the price point. I would opt for the regular Soundsport and save $50.

I recent got these as a birthday gift for myself since the iPhone 7 removed the headphone jack and I wanted a bluetooth set. I could not be happier with purchase of these. Music quality is amazing and even has great bass. I only gave them 4 stars because I do feel they are a bit overpriced.

This is the second time I've purchased these headphones for my girlfriend. They work great for 2-3 weeks then battery drains from 100% to zero in under an hour. Tried all hard reset fixes, etc. Bose offers to send new pair, which take 2-3 weeks. Save your money; these headphones are a joke.

Premium Bose Audio in a Compact Design

If you are looking for high quality audio in a premium, mobile design for fitness related use, look no further. These wireless earbuds pack many features in the compact design. Bose products aren't as bass heavy as some others out there, can be a pro or con depending on the type of music you listen to. Of course, over-ear headphones are going to be more powerful and better sounding since they have more drivers, but these are very solid if you are looking for something lighter or compact. Pros: -Great Bose Connect app with clean, user friendly interface (on iPhone) -Lightweight and comfortable to wear in ears for long periods of time -Earbuds stay in ear and do not fall out -Wireless, can connect via Bluetooth or NFC -Built-in heart rate sensor -Works with other fitness apps -In-Line Microphone -Compact design, easy to carry -Carrying case provided -Rechargeable battery -No proprietary charging cable or dock needed, any micro-USB cable will work -Small and large eartips provided, in case default medium size does not fit in ears -Sweat and weather resistant, easy to clean -Battery life around 5 hours -Can pair with multiple devices Cons: -No noise canceling abilities, background noise is audible when volume is at mid-level -Have to keep the volume close to max on device to get sound at good level -Device in ear is not discreet, the black bulb connected to earbuds stick out.

I really wanted to like these headphones but they are just too pricey for what you get. I should mention my last pairs of headphones were jaybird x3 that were stolen and I wanted to splurge on these but I got less for more money with the bose. Let me explain what I like and don't like then below I'll list a summary comparing the two. Pros: Comfortable, they don't fall out, clear crisp audio (also a con), heart rate sensor works ok...just ok. Cons: outrageously bulky, huge sound leak both ways in and out, short battery life. 5 hours compared to 8 on the jaybirds. Price. Audio- let me explain I said I had the jaybirds which sound better out of the box by the way but if you don't like the sound of the bose that's it there is no changing it. I was spoiled with my jaybirds because you can adjust the sound to whatever you need via the app. And no it's not gimmicky it's a firmware modification that will stay programed until changed. I was serious disappointed because I owned a pair of jaybirds. If I had never owned those I would have loved these. They are $130, smaller in size, more comfortable, louder much much louder, customizable sound that sounds better to YOU. They have the best passive noise cancellation of any headphones even better then my $350 noise cancelling headphones. They fit under a helmet. I think what I hated most about the bose is the bulkiness. I'll be returning them for another pair of jaybirds.
