Setup instructions were clear and operation is easy once i located the charger port, which was concealed under a flap. The sound is consistent with Bose's high standard. I wish the connecting wire to the two ear units was a bit longer so that i could attach to my clothing in front.

I bought these verses the regular soundport because I wanted the heart rate monitor that pulse offers. This works with my existing endomondo app, so I was happy about that. The only slightly negative thing I will say, is sometimes your heart rate isn't detected if your adjustment in your left ear is off.

I bought a pair for myself and liked them do much I bought my son a pair for his high school graduation. He is tough on headphones but so far no issues. I've been a loyal buyer of Bose, love the sound quality, features, warranty, and have always had great Bose customer service. Highly recommended!

It takes a few times of wearing these before you learn the sweet spot on how to place them in your ears. I have found that the battery life is more than sufficient. I'm not a super fast runner, but I can still get 25 - 30 miles in before they need recharged.

These headphones are great. They have a hook shape so the actually stay on your and don't fall out when doing other activities, such running eating etc. Also it comes with a small round pouch to put the headphones in, so they dont get tangled or damaged with other things in your pocket.

This earphone is just easy to connect and be able provide anything you need for a BT earphone

I got these for my boyfriend so he would have good sound while working out. He loves them!!

I am very happy with my decision to buy this headphone. Always been a bose fan. Read a lot of reviews and compared with other products. The sound is so great, it feels like you have a big speaker on your ears. Only con is battery life. I wish it last longer before it needs recharging.

I've always been a Bose fanatic! When it was time to find me a new headset for the gym, I had to go with these. Battery life isn't the best and I dislike how a charging case is a separate purchase (unlike the airpods) but I always love the sound quality of Bose headphones.

It would've been better if the wireless Bluetooth ear headphones were smaller, and you can adjust the volume to go higher if you choose too. Other than that they were great. Kept hurting my ear but if not for that reason I would've kept them

Love it. Take it with me wherever I go. Use it when I do yard work or walking the dog

This headphones provide great quality sound but the heart rate feature is useless. Not accurate reading. I returned them and bought the ones without heart rate feature which are less expensive with same quality in sound

The synching with the phone is easy and the sound is great! I'm still getting used to fitting them correctly so they don't fall out (I'm not used to the wings), but I'm pretty sure the issue is how I've fit them so far.

By far the best wireless in ear headphones I have ever owned! The range is great and the heart rate is very close to what the treadmill shows my rate to be. I haven't put on my heart band to truly verify, but so far it seems right on. You cant beat the sound of Bose!

The Bose Earphones are great! The service that I received when I picked up the product from the Best Buy associate was exceptional. The young lady was professional and courteous and extremely helpful.

Outstanding sound. Use as hands free device in my car (with only one ear piece) and when I work out of mow lawn. No issues. Great quality. The heart monitor is not perfect, but I still preferred this color over the ones without the heart monitor.

I was skeptical that i would get clear sound from any wireless headphone unless i paid a ton of money, The Bose Sound sport wireless headphones were reasonably priced and i love the crisp clear sounds that these produce. I wear them all the time!
