Customer support mentioned it has temperature range of 40-104 F. 2. Heart rate works when app is running and on top. Annoying to just see that screen instead of video. Can listen to music while app is running but no other video

On the plus side (and worth 1 star), Bose warranteed them when I figured I’d have to use my Best Buy Geek Squad coverage so no harm no foul. I’ll see if the replacement set lasts longer.

The fact that it reads my heart rate is a plus. The sound quality is great and the noise block helps when taking calls. Conversations sound much clear with no noise interruption. The battery lifetime is great, last a long time and charges fast. Having tried other wireless brands, Bose has been my best choice. The headphones fit snug without falling off during work out. I was hesitant thinking they wouldn't be comfortable because of the style but I found them to fit comfortable. The only thing I would change is how bulky they look, I would prefer something more discreet. Overall great headphones.
