    No iOS 12 support for heart rate monitor

    The audio for the Bose products are exceptional. I owned the SoundSport before and I would recommend this model above the SoundSport Pulse. Save yourself the $$. The heart rate monitor has not been supported since iOS 10 (the work-around is rebooting the phone and re-pairing the Bluetooth device) From reading the support site, Bose has no plans for fixing it.

    Expected more from bose

    First off, the headphones take like ten minutes to take your pulse, and when they finally have, your hr has dropped. Then after about a month of using them, the sound stopped functioning. I had to call bose and get an exchange almost two weeks ago and still havent recieved the returns box or the new pair in the mail yet. VERY DISAPPOINTED AS I NEED THEM FOR RUNNING!!! Get it together, BOSE!

    Terrible battery life

    This is the second time I've purchased these headphones for my girlfriend. They work great for 2-3 weeks then battery drains from 100% to zero in under an hour. Tried all hard reset fixes, etc. Bose offers to send new pair, which take 2-3 weeks. Save your money; these headphones are a joke.

    These head phones are not loud and for the price you would expect lots more from them. Overall tried them then returned the same day. Bose shouldn’t of put their name on these.

    Won’t work with iphones

    This device will not work with Apple iPhones. The phone must be hard booted and it will work once but will not work again when shut off unless the iPhone is hard booted again.

    Power button didnt work. When i plug to charge it lighted with green,. but when i push powrr button, didnt turn on . I will exchange to new one and will see

    Bought these for my husband for the gym, only they wouldn't stay in his ears so we had to return for another brand.

    Played very low and felt very uncomfortable. I was thinking bose was top of the line, what happened???
