I have been replaced with a fresh product multiple times due to recurrent problem with the mic. This most probably is due to handling. I will not recommend this particular product but suggest the range of Bluetooth products from Bose.

The SoundSport In-Ear headphones come in two versions, one for iOS devices one for Android. We would recommend ensuring that your phone corresponds to the version of the headset.

Like my other Bose products, I was not disappointed! They fit well and have great sound. I went with the wired earbuds vs Bluetooth so I can plug into the machines at the gym. Would recommend Bose!

I purchased these earbuds to replace the ones I purchased for my wife that died twice! Fortunately my first replacement was under warranty from the bose store, so the second I bought the warranty and it failed so I got my money back. Great earbuds while they last. Bose really need to make them better since they’re good for maybe a year.
