    Button Does Not Work

    I have used Bose products several times in the past and have enjoyed their quality. Bought two of these headsets for Christmas. One was bad out of the box; the power button didn't work. The second one the button failed, just the same as the first one, two days later. Glad I bought these at Best Buy knowing the return process will be simple.

    Sounded great but when just using one earbud the weight of the other one pulling down was very uncomfortable. Plus I read over time the buttons start to wear down pretty quick.

    Great sound - Bad Materials

    Summary: You'll get high quality sound that only BOSE can deliver but their quality control dropped the ball with the rubber material durability surrounding the edge. After 3 pairs, and owing them between 6- 9 months, both the rubber surrounding the earpiece ( location of power button) and the rubber on the volume control has always warped and begun to detach. This is also true of the rubber charging port which sometimes would not fit into the slot. Another issue is the rubber on the volume control also warps which makes it difficult to control the volume buttons unless you align them a certain way. Luckily I had the Geek Squad insurance to replace them each time but this product's rubber material needs to change since it's currently design is defective or has very poor durability. I only buy BOSE products because of their top-notch sound, but this specific product's build quality is terrible and making me consider other brands

    I would rate these 5 stars but I had to return them due to the power on/off button breaking really fast, but other than that easy to use and great sounds from BOSE as expected. Just make sure to get the Best Buy protection you'll never have to worry about purchasing another pair at full price again.

    On off button did not work after 2 weeks. For 140dollars I expect better quality.

    these are great head phones ,the function button seems a bit flimsy and doesn't last as long as battery suggests but overall great ,they tell you the person that's calling by name in your ear from your contacts and I love the sleep mode feature when not in use for awhile. Maybe better than my beats in every way except battery...

    i bought these back in June, the sound is super, BUT after 3 months of use the buttons of the volume have started to come off and the logo on the sides fell off. the sound is great but the equipment is not good, I am disappointed because I am a big bose fan never had a problem until now

    Sounds really good but the product quality design is very poor. I purchased mines in January and it has already lost a button, also the holder that came with it for you can hold it in place onto your shirt for you can't lose your Bluetooth got lost as well.

    The power on/off button completely collapsed. The rubber around the earbud was lose but then the button broke and fell through inside the earbud. I tried charging and it shows light on meaning the headphones are still working but there is no way to turn them on. I think part of the problem is that you have to press ON button to reconnected via bluetooth too many times and it just wears out so fast. Last me 6 months. I was hoping was somewhat longer time considering the full list price I've paid for them. Gonna try ROC now.

    Fragile but great sound

    Disappointed by the frailty but love the sound. After 7 months of using these headphones daily I have run into problems. The power button broke. I have to fight with the button for a while until the headphones eventually power on. The volume and music control buttons have stopped functioning. After a really tough workout the left headphone started producing a static sound. The past few days the headphones will power up but not connect with the paired devices. I have to plug them in to charge to force them to shut down then power them on again. Sometimes I have to do this two or three times before they successfully connect to the paired device. This is obviously very annoying since the power button doesn't work properly. I assumed the battery was low but once connected the headphones report "Battery 100%" and can confirm that using the Bose app. I probably will not buy Bose headphones again.

    Sound Great When They Work

    Audio quality is pretty solid, battery life isn't bad and they are rather comfortable for a few hours at a time. My issue with these is the in-line controls and connection strength. They cut out constantly and the buttons to control the volume are the worst I've ever seen on a pair of headphones.

    Good Sound

    I have had multiple pairs of these headphones and they are very good sound wise and have good battery life. The only issue is that the rubber around the power button could be better as it becomes very loose exposing internal parts of the earbud. I do not believe this is an isolated issue as every pair I have bought has had this issue.

    These are the third set ive owned. First one bit the dust falling the pool, second ones the volume button died. Great sounding Headphones, made sure to buy the warranty this time.

    My son got these for his birthday last March. He wears them every second of the day possible. The button broke and Bose sent me a new set, no questions asked. I just had to send the old ones back first.

    I have had the headphones for a little over a year and have been loving them, BUT, I have had to exchange them a few times because of different reasons. One time the call button came apart and another is when the battery wouldn't charge. The flip side is that Bose customer service is amazing and they would send me a replacement in no time. I love these headphones and wouldn't go for another because of their superior quality.

    These have great sound quality for phone calls and music. However, top volume is pretty low. Also, the rubber parts expand and become loose, eventually the buttons beneath won't work at all. Bose has covered them, but I'm on my fourth pair.
