    Totally worth the money... love the sound! Have had the right ear lose bass thiugh teice in one year but Best Buy protection plan replaced with no problem!

    Overall these are great! The issue I have ha that they don't seem to stay in my right ear well enough when running and that's why I bought them

    The sound quality measures up to the BOSE reputation. The only problem I have is that the right earbud doesn't stay in my ear so I have to keep reinserting it.

    I like that idea and design kind of but when swinging a golf club it kept falling out of my right ear. The new ear bud also felt weird.

    Product works great but disappointed that right ear bud falls out as I run. The wired version I never had issues, I suspect it is the weight of the bud being more.

    Bought these earphones last summer and for whatever reason the right ear was not functioning. I purchased the replacement plan through BB and was able to replace without any hassle. AWESOME

    Very good sport in ear buds. I had problems knowing when right ear was in and not falling out. Had to really break in the tip to get fit that would stay.

    I wanted to like these so bad, but when it came to fitness comfort, I decided to get the Soundsport Free Wireless, which was a great compromise. The cord does not do well when running for a length of time, it either pulls the left or right side from too much movement and eventually will come loose or completely out. With the Soundsport Free, I don't have to worry about the cord and they feel much better in my ear. Sound quality is about the same.

    Stopped working after just over a year!

    Bought a pair in Nov. 2017 after reading great reviews. They were never a comfortable fit. The right ear lost volume by about 3/4. Not sure why, it just happened about half way thru the day. I will be bringing them back to see if the Replacement plan covers it.

    A good headset

    It is having getting used to. The in ear concept is not my favorite but I have decided to give it a try. I found that the smallest earbud could be a bit smaller, ear hurt if in too long. I like announcement and wish the volume buttons were place a bit further away from the right earbud. It still has the Bose sounds and I am getting to like the product.

    Really compared a lot of wireless earbuds. After the research this was clear the winner. They sound great with the Bose famous bottom end and crisp highs. One minor complaint is it never feels as secure in my right ear as it does in my left ear but that could be my own issue. Also not needed but I got the case that also charges the earbuds and on this past long flight it came in very handy.

    I bought these when my 3 month old beats power beats gave up on me. Luckily, Apple replaced those ear buds and I didnt want to return the Bose ones - so I now have both! Build quality is superior, the max sound level however is not what you would expect. It's probably 75% of any other headphone in a similar model. Other gripe I have about it is, the right ear bud keeps coming off when I am running on treadmill. It could be because controls are on right side of the cord. There's an iphone app, but not of much use.

    Poor durability

    Very disappointed with this product and, consequently, with Bose. I've always been true to the brand, mainly because of its standard of quality and durability, but it seems now that these features are no longer part of Bose's values. After a little less than 1 year and a half from the purchase of this product, the ear headphones began to show problems in almost all parts: the logo of one of the sides fell; the rubber that surrounds the right side has unglued and therefore the on/off button that is also wrapped by that rubber is taking off and should drop at any time. Turning on and off has since then been a matter of luck; also the rubber that seals the volume control has unglued, but with that I had less luck: I cannot increase or decrease the volume in any way. Well .... I took the product to an authorized dealer and I was informed that Bose does not repair this type of phone (or headphones in general? @@@@@@@ , Then, as it is no longer in the warranty, what they can do for me is to give a discount of something between 20 to 25% when buying a new product. So, if you spend 150 dollars + taxes on this product, and in less than a year and a half you have to spend almost the same thing to get a new one, is as bad choice. Go in search of other brands that offer wonderful products for similar prices.

    Great Sound, mediocre bluetooth

    As always, Bose outdoes itself in sound quality. Deep bass and clear treble. I was skeptical with the lack of around ear clips (coming from beats) about running or other physical activities having them fall off but amazingly they stayed in place. regardless of ear size I went with the largest earbuds which minimize outdoor sounds and you feel the base much better. People complaining about hearing outdoor noises should just get the quiet comfort. these are sports headphones and you are defying wind at like 5mph when running plus you also want to be aware of your surroundings so everything is perfect in the sound department. Only issue is the bluetooth receiver is on the right side and if im running and holding my phone on the left hand the audio skips a bit, streaming or media files. It works best when you are within 2 feet or no obstacle between the phone and the bt receiver. if you don tmind holding it on your right hand theres no problem. still, bose invests so much on audio quality they could have engineered a bit stronger bt receiver.

    Solid Headphones for any use

    I was desperately looking for a pair of wireless headphones that had good sound, were comfortable, and that wouldn't fall out of my ears. These do a decent job. I was deciding between these and Beats, and the associate at Best Buy recommended the Bose, claiming that Beats were just for show. Still haven't tested out the Powerbeats like I was considering getting, but I believe the Bose headphones are a solid choice. I like how easy and quick it was to pair with my iPhone 7, 5 seconds max. As for the sound quality, it's good, but I wish it was a little louder. The knobs for left and right ear are a little heavy, at least to me. They feel like they're about to fall out of my ears sometimes, but I put on the medium sized silicone ear pieces and they feel a lot more secure. Calls sound good on them too, haven't had any complaints about anyone not being able to hear me. Battery life is amazing, way better than the Jaybird Freedoms I had. Would recommend for both exercise and for just casual use.

    In one sentence - it is not sweat-proof at all. I bought it this Thanksgiving (Nov 22, 2018). It started off well. It fits nicely in ears, the sound is very good. I was very happy using it until I took it to the gym for the very first time. I had made sure it was 100% charged. As you run, the weight of volume buttons makes the headphone on the right side a little unstable. So it needed to be readjusted a few times while running. After about 30 minutes I could hear some cracking noise. I thought it could be the network speed issue with my phone but suddenly it went off. I put it on charger but no response. Next day, I go to Bestbuy, get it exchanged. I barely used the new pair for next few days. On Dec 1, 2018, I put it on the first time as I started my half-marathon session in Memphis. It was 100% charged. The exact same issue happened this time also. Within less than an hour, I started hearing some cracking noise intermittently and then it went off. I finished my run, and plugged the charger in but no response at all. I took it to Bestbuy again and got it exchanged with a new pair. I've not used the third pair during my workout session yet. I've the return deadline in mind. I'll make sure I use it during my next intensive training session. If it stops working this time, I'll go back to Bestbuy one last time to return it and get my money back.
