Excellent sound, a few minor glitches

I wasn’t sure if the ear-hook (the thing that helps you to have the earpiece secure) would be an issue. Fortunately it wasn’t in my experience using the small tips. My only complain is that sometimes the sound goes off for a second or two in the middle of a song for no apparent reason.

I use them every day

The sound quality is good too, but the volume is almost all the way up. The only quality I find lacking. I wish the volume could improve as I usually am in a high traffic area. Even with just one plugged in or both, I have to raise the volume almost or completely
