The sound was good, I just like more bass than what they we're giving. That's it.

They work great for working out, cutting the grass, and just normal wearing around the house. The ONLY downfall is that when I running water or crinkling up a paper, the sound becomes distorted. Otherwise, they are incredible.

I tried several alternatives first (trying to save money) but ended up with the Bose wireless. I wear these in the gym so that I don't have to listen to the pop music they play there. Great sound quality as you'd expect from a Bose. I do wish they had a little more bottom end (bass), but it's still better than anything else.

Team at best buy at Alamo ranch was great letting me know i can upgrade just by paying the difference. So of course i got the beast of a brand bose. This was possible because i got the best buy protection plan. They make this so much easier.
